I gave it 9 as I thought it was the best of the 3 films

I gave it 9, so I think you must have accidently given it ten Dicey.
Excellent film, although my least favourite of the 3.

I've given it a 10, struggle to really pick a favourite/least favourite out of the trilogy.

I gave it an 8
Too many changes on the book and they ruined the character of Faramir for me, even in the extended edition.
But then, I read the books first so I find it hard to just take the films as they are.
Still very good though.

My vote was cancelled some how but definatly a 9 not 10 Crimey
Rugby, there is no point in putting the films and books up against each other, the books win hands down and reading them ruined the films a bit for me as I was expecting this and that and was disapointed when they didnt happen

7/10 - Orlando Bloom's lines were cringeworthy, as was Theoden saying "no parent should bury their child" - should be "no father should bury his son". The dwarf-tossing was a bit silly as well. Was still the best of the 3 though, the Battle of Helm's Deep could've been a film on its own.

I do like the bits of comedy in the films, it makes the characters seem more natural.

I gave it 9 as I love the series as a whole but think this is slightly the worse film of the 3.

Re: Lord of the Rings - The Two Towers
9 out of 10 for me, dont realy consider them as three seperate films rather than one big one in three parts so as such i dont have a favourite. the first one is slower than others but is building up the characters, the second wouldnt make much sense without the first and so on
only reason it wasnt a ten was the slight changes from the books, that didnt make much sense to me. but overall i think one of the best book to film conversions ive seen
