wrestling websites
I’m sure this question has been asked before, but seeing as this forum seems a little quiet at the moment, I thought I would ask anyway…….what do people think of the “dirt-sheet” websites? Are there any wrestling websites that people particularly recommend, or any that seem to be more reliable than others?
I tend to usually visit Lords of Pain once or twice a week to catch up on wrestling news (regardless of how accurate the news actually is!!) and read up on spoilers for Raw/Smackdown/Impact and PPV's. They also have some regular columns written by wrestling fans, which are usually quite interesting to read, just to gage opinions on the current state of the wrestling scene.
Can anybody recommend decent sites blogs, or particular columns that are worth reading?

My favourite blog site is one known as WallsofJericho, tend to find myself agreeing with most stuff he says.

Re: wrestling websites
I don't like them - they're all full of know-it-all twerps, usually making sarcastic comments that aren't witty or clever. There's something incredibly sad about someone looking down their nose at something they continue to watch.
Y2D2 has written far funnier things than any bitchy put-down I've read on any of those sites. They're all Perez Hilton wannabes. Whereas Y2D2's enthusiasm for wrsetling still shines through in every humorous comment he puts in Random Thoughts. If he had a blog, I might read that.
I like to look at Bleacher because they have lots of articles on Heath Slater - some positive, some negative. All written in the style of a 5 year old's reading training book however. But at least they're about Heath Slater. Every cloud has a ginger lining.

www.gerweck.net is a great site for all your pro wrestling and MMA news.
Lots of great interviews and polls.

I tend to read ewrestling dirt sheet (which I take with a pinch of salt) and the columns on Lords of Pain. There was a very good series which was a fictional story, very enjoyable. I also see what Bleacher Report says, as some of their lists are amusing.

Like the Bleacher Report cos it has lots of top ** articles which go back through history.
Normally check on Wrestleview once a day as it gives a lot of the latest news without much opinion.

Re: wrestling websites
I used to use Wrestlezone, not sure why most of the comlumists on there are nonsensical morons, I just used it seeing as it has wrestling news but nothing else most storys I pick up off here to be honest.
Its hard to tell if Mark Maddon is in character on there, or is just a permenant a**hole trying to spread his hate of Hogan and anyone else who p***ed him off in WCW.
I recomend Bleacher Report and Wrestling Observer. Which is what I've used this past few weeks.

Somone other than Y2D2 having random thoughts is like a wrestler other than Brian Daniel Bryanson coming out and shouting "YES! YES! YES" that would never happen.

I have random thoughts, just not wrestling related ones. Things like what should i have with my salmon for dinner tonight, and shall i use the Forest Fresh or Ocean Breeze air freshener in my car.

Forest Fresh mate, and when your choosing your airfresher don't go for any hint or frangrance of magnolia crap. Your car will end up smelling like an old folks home.
