looks home & hosed for the Greensboro.
Leading by 4 with one to go.
Go Sergio.....
Does this knock Poults out of the automatic RC position now ?

Yes Garcia is now in the team and Poulter is out. Only Kaymer's place is in doubt.

Re: Sergio
Poulter however must be a sure pick. Colsaerts probably the other.

Re: Sergio
If Colsaerts get into the top 10 this week and Kaymer drops out, Poulter will be a pick so who would get the last spot.
Looking at the list I think he'll pick Kaymer or even one of the Spaniards just outside the top 10 before Harrington (given his reported comments two weeks ago), but I would pick Harrington.
Harrington is on the up, has lots of Ryder Cup experience and great mental strength. I know he played bad last time out, but his form was bad. He is playing better now and would be my pick.

So does Phil Mickelson, but it doesn't make him a good Ryder Cup player. Harrington has lost over 52% of the matches he's played in. Good riddance to him.

I'm most pleased Sergio's cracked a smile on a golf course again.
When he's enjoying it, the golf seems to flow and he's great to watch.

Re: Sergio
I just hope we don't see a return to the super arrogant Sergio aka 2004 Ryder Cup throwing his putter up in the air and racing around the Green while the 2 Americans still had to putt................................
