Be Afraid. Be Very Afraid......
This season. Coming to a Lions tour near you.
Dum. Dum. Dum. Dum. dum-dum, dum-dum, dum-dum-dum-dum......
Ireland international Ronan O'Gara has set his sights on a fourth British & Irish Lions tour.
The veteran Munster playmaker will turn 36 before the squad for next year's 10-game tour of Hong Kong and Australia is named but he is hoping that Lions coach Warren Gatland is good to his word having been quoted that age will be no barrier to selection.
"Why would I stop when I've probably had one of my best seasons last year?'' when asked whether retirement was on his mind. "It would be nice. It's definitely in the back of my mind but I think you leave it there and concentrate on how you achieve that and get the process right. You could be playing in a test match or you might not even make the Tour.
"That's how close it could be. You worry about week to week matters and see how you perform for Munster. If you perform for Munster you've a chance of performing for Ireland. If you perform for Ireland you could get on the plane (for the Lions) and anything could happen there."
Dum-dum-dum-dum-dum-daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaggggghhhhhhh

If he goes I am vetoing the whole tour, together with Vickery he cost us the 09 tour.

For me it should be Sexton and Flood.
IF Preiestland is consitant and playing well...then he goes also.
Sadly at the moment...im not amazed by any British 10's....

No outstanding candidates for lions ten IMO Sexton maybe just ahead of the rest but all candidates are flawed - Laidlaw / Flood / ROG, Preistland?

Don't be ridiculous, he's still got plenty of game time left in him

Flood is the best all around 10 and is underrated IMO. It will be between him and Sexton with Flood maybe getting the nod due to lack of English respresentation elsewhere
