Just thought I would start a thread for the people who actually care about Jerry's well being rather than who or how they will replace him.

Hopefully this will be up-to-date news regarding how he is.

The Toronto Sun is reporting that he underwent surgery to remove a blockage from his artery, which i believe JR called on Twitter.

Lawler, still listed in stable condition, had either some kind of heart surgery or a Cardiac catheterization, reports are conflicting. Cardiac catheterization is where a catheter is inserted into a chamber in the heart for investigational and interventional purposes

* There was some concern about blood being cut off to Lawler's brain and potential damage from that

* While Lawler's condition is stable, it's described as still a very serious situation

* Vince McMahon was said to be right by Lawler's side through the entire ordeal

get well soon Jerry is all I say. I don't think anyone on here would like it if it happened to them, so I say quit not caring and start caring. At least he was in the right place- with the best possible people to save his life, which they did.

People deal with things in different ways, doesn't mean accusations should be slung around (i'm not pointing at you by the way) that people don't care.

I care for him in that I don't want another human being to go through suffering or die. That doesn't mean I have to respect him as a wrestling commentator.

It's a shame but life goes on. To be honest I don't care that much more than just reading about it, saying that's sad, and carry on eating my pork chops.

I'm sure everyone is hoping for King to pull through. Not gushing on an internet forum doesn't make me an evil person does it?

Some good news. King has suffered no brain damage as a result of lack of oxygen. Also, even though still unable to talk, he is able to write down stuff on a notepad, including high detail, long passages. It shows he still has his bearings and knows the score.

Get well soon Jerry. Glad to hear hes doing better.
