There are streams available for this also.
More baffling selections from Edwards going into this. A nervy kicker to start and no fly-half cover again. They'll miss Jones and Tuilagi in the backs.

End for end stuff. Great break by the wasps lock up the middle of the ruck, quick passes and winger in in the corner

so much for the good start.
Thats the one Maes, thought he was good myself better than some of our options of late (Jones) aside.
Had his leg broke when Olivier Merle smashed into him at a ruck

Surely you can't give a yellow card at an early stage of the game and when it was clear a try wouldn't be scored? P//sed off by the amount of yellow cards I've seen today.

At this rate Wasps should score 80 points made worse by the home ref. This goes to show how bad the Dragons are away from home defence is a joke.

They have only been playing like this for 10 years why change now.
Great play there by the wing, star quality in the making.

I was hoping to tune in for a Wasps defeat as I can't stand them, but I'm being massivley disappointed.

He wasn't a bad player, it was just a time in rugby we would rather forget.
Though saying that he was part of the Llanelli team that beat the wallabies and the welsh five nations winning team in 94.

They rotated a bit, but not much, only the French can afford to do that. Clear difference in quality and execution between the two teams. Have Wasps played well in the Premiership?

Re: Wasps vs dragons
Our away form has always been terrible and we had a tonking of Wasps away afew seasons ago.
I was never really convinced by Edwards and whilst not calling for him to go as he can only deal with what he has I still think the board should have gone hell for leather to get Kingsley Jones in there when Turner left

Wasps have been middle table average.
Just a club I've never like Leinster, always seem a bit chippy. Still think they're one of the big boys for some bizarre reason.

The back row for the dragons are rubbish the wasps are just turning them over with little or no opposition.

Re: Wasps vs dragons
They have the same record ( won 2 lost 4) as Dragons do in the .
It was only one short period theyve dominated this game, both sides are looking pretty much like this is a late night micky mouse cup fixture now. No doubt both are focussing on the glamour of the LV cup

Wasps have been good at getting a lot of points on the board. They are also excellent at conceding points and have thrown a couple of games away, noteably the first game vs Quins.

If true then no idea why a player would trip up another. The Dragons had that ball covered too which makes it worse.

Re: Wasps vs dragons
As a Dragons fan I'm left wondering whether Darren Edwards has chosen a bit of a 2nd string team on purpose, or has his hand been forced by injuries? I know Lydiate is out, but there's a lot of players not first choice playing tonight. Where is our new prop Ryan, Nimmo in the 2nd row, Evans or Evans at scrum half, Steff Jones at 10, Tuiligi, Chavanga on the wing, Prydie in the other wing??? I know, I know, they're mainly on the bench. But why? Are we not even targeting this comp at all? Maybe only targeting him games?

Re: Wasps vs dragons
I was wondering that too Griff, I don't think there is much of a chance for the Dragons in this due to the gulf in players. Plenty of quality in the Wasps matchday squad. Why isn't Edwards targetting this game or competition? Very poor.

Looked like a trip to me. I wouldn't have bet against Simpson wriggling over personally. He's very pacey and seemed to be controlling the ball fairly well.

Yep, wouldn't surprise me. The damn dirty pests will no doubt find a brilliant turn of form in a couple of weeks as they are due to play Tigers.

Griff:
I think you may be correct about home games, the teams selected have reflected this in the RABO, it is annoying they are selling the travelling fans short. I think the Dragons should have targeted this match as Wasps are not great.

Re: Wasps vs dragons
I agree Aun. We beat them last season or maybe the season before, albeit in the LV I think. Why not again. As people keep reminding us, there's no relegation in the Pro 12 so if maybe that should be where we rest/rotate/blood players, and Europe is where we give our all? Might get some players wanting to join us then! Rather than leaving us for more 'ambitious' clubs!

Re: Wasps vs dragons
Toby has been poor, dropping balls losing the ball at the back of the scrum, does not push in the scrum and AWOL at the breakdown. I hope Howley and his cronies are watching.

I think Wasps are resting Payne, Palmer, Haskell, Jones, Masi and Wade. Daly is only on the bench as well.

That should be a penalty to Dragons, early shove. With that said Wasps are going for goal when they should be chasing that fourth try.

The wasps dont let go when they tackle, they have been doing it through the game and getting away with it until the last penalty.

Aye, second week of his ban I think. Still Wasps are resting a few key players. Premiership survival is imperative for them, while I wonder whether the Dragons feel their best chance of HC action is to finish higher than the Blues.
