United Rangers
Anybody here go to the game last night? I was working so missed it thankfully. Just wondering what peoples oppinion was of the ref. From what I saw on telly the first one was a penalty, red card was harsh but it is the rules. Second one was no place near the penalty box, how the ref or linesman gave that was beyond me, yellow card at best. The third penalty was a 50/50 ball and was never a penalty or red card. What did others think?

If it had happened to one of the Old Firm, the referee would have been sacked.

Re: United Rangers
At the time I wasn't sure any of them were penalties and I haven't seem replays but the general consensus seems to be that the first and third were pens, and the second was a free kick.
Was a weird game in many ways, majority of the first half we played some nice stuff, particularly Swanson. The red cards ruined the game but it the end it was hard to begrudge Rangers the win. More worrying is that we're missing Gomis, Dillon and Kova for the Killie game.

I was wondering whether ref was trying to get into record books. Has there ever before been a game with 3 penalties for one side, all resulting in a red card?
