Well only joined onto the end of the month but will go by recent events.

1. Bathite for his shrewd dealings with myself & being a top barterer
2. Drive - for luring me back
3. Prop - for luring me back

1. Pull - Team is looking good, Roussow a good signing. Pack has a nasty edge to it now and with a top LH, its a big upgrade. All that aside, his work transferring to 606v2 needs huge recognition, it must have taken ages!

2. Luke - Stepped in with the caretaker job and is building a nice Stade side. Has made good moves to build his pack as well

3. Gloucesterbear - Think he has really made big improvements to his Toulon team. I was concerned when Giteau left, but there are no longer such obvious weaknesses in the team and world class talent in the front row.

Honourable mentions to Driver-again improved overall quality very well and Banafan-injected plenty of life into the game, but won't be a contender for this award until next month.

Ooooooh time to vote is it and 10 million today aswell get in!!!

1.Bathite - As much as he has been a bad influence on Hon over the past day, Bathite is an exceptional person to have in this game, Bathite has very good knowledge has a cracking side and is improving every week.

2.Inthefastlane/207 - As much as he irritates me, he always does a grand job I have to say, don't have a clue why I am voting for him but his team is actually pretty damn good and has been doing well of late.

3.GloucesterBear - He seems to have a very decent Rugby brain, has thought a lot about his foreign signings, and his domestic signings have been consistent aswell.

1. Bathite - done brilliantly - the back line is unreal. Expect to see Sarries in the top four soon!

2. Driver - done some decent deals recently to make Bath more competitive.

3. Fluxy - For the acquisition of McCaw alone

Sugar I forgot to vote for myself, put me in at 1.

Interesting didn't know about this, will take quicker time than predicting I guess.

1. Pullthestrings - For welcoming me into this game, we started off slow but with a full set of managers now hopefully we can kick onto bigger and better things.

2. Bathite - Has been very helpful from when I first joined till this present day, I second Pullthestrings,Rowleyfox and Banafan-aka-hon comments his team is looking good.

3. Fluxy - Has been active especially with me, is willing to do deals and is always around especially in the evening.

Pull - having made some very shrewd deals and made Leicester another big team, and also has had to deal with moving us. Leg-end.

2. Bathite- Has been sensational with his transformation of Saracens

3. Driver - for pulling off some big deals and bringing Bath back to a competitive state

1 Driver. Brilliant dealing. Think he could find himself pushing for top half of the table

2 Bathite. Last month I don't think I voted for him despite some great deals because I thought he let himself down with some stinkers but this month he cut out the stinkers.

3 pull. Great team as always and managed the transition to v2 smoothly

1. Bathite - man has done nothing but impress since he joined the league

2.Pull - Slow starter in the league but is building his momentum for the end of season bang.

3.Prop - great side and building a cracking bench

1. Driver - Bath team looks much more competitive now, good signings with Foden, Pocock and AAC

2. Hon - always on, committed manager, nice fella. Happy to deal and/or give advice. Built a strong squad at Saints.

3. Luke - Has bulked up his pack nicely with some key signings and his Stade team are on an unbeaten run.

1 Bathite - Doing a lot for the league and man that team looks good
2 Steven - Love the Ospreys team and they are doing well in the league
3 Luke - Some good results and decent signings this month

Is it that hard to choose three names fella? You must have mentally taken note of someone's recent deals or results or something

Everyone has been fairly close this month now last month, no real stand outs deserve it really about seven I could put down.

Stop copping out! Just put three flaming names down! You were panicking about people my liking you on here a few days ago, stuff like this won't help fella!
