Blues set to bring in Mark Ring for backs coach role?

He's highly rated in Wales. About time he had an opportunity at this level. Shame he won't get much time to work with Roberts should he be arriving at some point during this season.
Good move?

James is a good regional player but isn't an international winger, even though he's been playing well for the blues for a while.

Don't get me wrong I'm not saying he shouldve been called up, but the guy is a clear weapon, a limited player but a weapon none the less.
But it's not like Wales would call up limited players who were weapons would they? Roberts/Phillips/Cuthbert/Powell.
IMHO James is great at what he does, and what he does is very similar to Cuthbert, except there isn't a midfielder to put them into holes at the Blues. Your not the top try scorer for season after season for nothing!!

Do you think James will learn anything from Ring, I suspect he will not, I see James as a tool rather than a weapon.
