Pre RWC AI Structure in England?

At the moment the AI's are in full swing and there's a pretty decent level of excitement around. Twickenham is sold out for all four Test's which is great, but with the WC in a few years I'd like to see a broader AI's set out by the RFU next year or the year after, with some extra mid week and weekend fixtures dotted around the country to help raise awareness of the game; at the same time i'd like to see a few more minnows played in these matches to help raise their profile as well.

Fri Nov 15th- Premiership Barbarians v Romania @ Falmer Stadium
Sat Nov 16th- TM3 @ Twickenham
Sun Nov 17- England Saxons v Canada @ Franklin's Gardens
