Should QB's have Tattoo's?

This is causing quite a stir in the US... Must admit I agree can you imagine if the MD at your work came in with Tatts all over his arm on Monday morning? You'd think he'd gone mad

QBs are sportsmen. It's not an office or customer interacting environment where tattoo's are frowned upon. I say leave them alone. If a sportsman can't get a tattoo then this World has well and truly gone mad.

Yeah, this doesn't exactly seem like the most thought out article ever...Approximately 98.7 percent of the inmates at California’s state prison have tattoos. I don’t know that as fact, but I’ve watched enough “Lockup” to know it’s close to accurate.
I’m also pretty sure less than 1.3 percent of NFL quarterbacks have tattoos. There’s a reason for that.

In a way I get his point, the quarterback is often the face of your franchise, tends to be one of your most well known players and in demand by the media. However I don't think tattoo's should be an issue especially as his parents said compared to some of the other QBs in the league.

I don't think some minor tattoos really hurt, but if he comes out with more ink than bare skin I'd draw the line.

It really is a non-story. Most of the tattoos are supposedly biblical scriptures, nothing crass and Kaepernick has been nothing but professional thus far in his short career.
I think people are just trying to detract from the man following his controversial supplanting of Alex Smith (which is a whole different & much more relevant debate)
