Warburton having a stormer - exactly what we need at the moment.

Drico is having a stormer.
Cardiff individually players are having good games.

I'm not watching (have the Ulster game on the laptop) but do you think they're doing it on purpose to presuade Shaun to take the job?

Probably true, most of the player are going well - but the organisation and communication is just dire and we don't have a good enough front 5 startingThe Boss wrote:Drico is having a stormer.

They have been playing a very long con then. They were the same last year in Leinster!Cari wrote:I'm not watching (have the Ulster game on the laptop) but do you think they're doing it on purpose to presuade Shaun to take the job?
Although the complete lack of communication is very obvious today

I'm only half watching it. Really like the look of Patchell for yas. Have seen him play a few times and been impressed.

Is he having a bit of a poor game at the moment to be honest. Nowhere near the kicking game he normally has.The Boss wrote:I'm only half watching it. Really like the look of Patchell for yas. Have seen him play a few times and been impressed.

Aye he's showed a few touches of class though. He's kicked through a few times which haven't led to much.

Looks like it's only Patchell putting in the poor kicks to me.wales606 wrote:Blues kicking game is pretty poor tonight
Also, surprised Leinster haven't been able to dominate against these props.

Apart from Halfpenny just kicking it dead from inside his own half which has just cost the Blues a player and probably a try nowThe Saint wrote:Looks like it's only Patchell putting in the poor kicks to me.wales606 wrote:Blues kicking game is pretty poor tonight

WHAT ON EARTH WAS THAT!
Against the head and Lloyd passes to the wing!
Wasted a get out of jail free card there.

Re: Cardiff Blues Season Thread (Toulon fall in Cardiff)
It's not Halfpenny's fault there's a guy in the bin... The ref has been pretty consistent tonight and allowed a free-flowing game, though I do think Blues have had some pretty harsh calls go against them, such as the one that has cost them a player.

Straight to a penalty try is pretty uncommon - especially when all the other scrums had been stable and the Blues front row hadn't collapsed or popped up.TJ wrote:Tehy were being marched backwards at a rate of knots. A penalty would have been fine, but straight to a PT?

Not really enemy lines. All the 'regions' are self-serving selfish stand alone clubs totally looking after their own interests and totally failing at that as well. I probably hate 'bail us out again please' Llanelli more than CardiffThe Saint wrote:How's living behind enemy lines working out for you?
Real regions please that EVERYONE can support rather than these pathetic poorly supported pile of divel

Yeah and its amazing how Cardiff City do so much for the outer Cardiff community and appreciate the wider area and fans from there that they have and Cardiff Blues dont even acknowledge that life exists outside of Kaaaaiiirdiff
And it doesnt really matter where you live or who you support in football does it? The current domestic setup in Wales a JOKE and iv heard this off ex players and people involved in community rugby

This is just awful - that is what the TMO powers were introduced for!

Yeah that looked like it came off Cronin's shoulder. Poor Blues. Another harsh call they've been on the back end of. No matter the result, they've restored a bit of pride for the team tonight.
