Realistic League - Foreign Transfers - Page 3 Empty Realistic League - Foreign Transfers

Post by Guest Mon 04 Feb 2013, 10:03 am

First topic message reminder :

Managers may make 5 FT enquiries per week, starting at 0900 every Monday morning. The exception to this will be the end of the season, where additional FT enquiries will be granted.

FT enquiries, once made, can continue throughout the week until a deal is agreed. If however a FT enquiry is refused, please do not re-bid – a refusal will not be reconsidered regardless of the bid amount.

FT enquiries should be realistic, therefore we require a legitimate source – the more the merrier – to be convinced that your bid would be successful in real life. The current legitimate source list is currently as follows:

The Guardian
The Telegraph
The Times
Daily Mail
BBC Sport
Sky Sports

The current list of sources NOT accepted is currently: The Mirror, The Sun, Daily Express, Talksport, Daily Star, Metro, Bleacher Report, Trival Football, Caught Offside, Goal, Life’s a Pitch

No players brought in on a Friday may be used for that week’s tactics, as it would allow an unfair advantage for that team.

Players that are brought into the league through FTs are not allowed to be sold within the league for a minimum of 6 league games. This will avoid managers buying players on behalf of ‘smaller’ clubs, then selling them on, leaving a player at a club he would never have agreed to join.

Last TP of the week

Francis Coquelin
2m Loan Fee

He currently is a reserve at Arsenal and is needing game time to progress further, He would be in the team on a weekly basis barring injuries to fill the DM role for which we currently lack. The money will cover wages

Mark O'Brien
500k
Derby County

We would like to sign this young defender and allow him to make the step up to the Premier League. Also, with the Fulham manager growing up in Derby, we have a link there.

Charlie Austin
5 Million
Burnley

He is scoring goals for fun in the Championship, has pace and will link up well with big Andy. Burnley have said in the past they won't stop Charlie playing in the premiership and 5 million is a more than fair offer IMO.

Sebastien Coates
£2 million - Loan fee
Liverpool to Norwich

Sebastien has been frozen out of the first team at Liverpool, but we here at Norwich feel he has great potential. So we propose we take him on loan, give him first team experience in the Premier League, which will not only benefit us in the short term, but Liverpool in the long term, especially with Carragher retiring

Bid 4:

Siaka Tiene
£2.5m
PSG to Aston Villa

Siaka has been frozen out in recent months having fallen behind Maxwell, and there have been rumours of PSG trying to sign another left back which would push him to third choice. He has been linked regularly with the Premier League but we are the first to come in with a solid bid which would encourage PSG to let him leave.

Just to check, is it 5 bids, regardless of how successful they are?

Like my first two bids were for Mellberg (successful) and Wanyama (unsuccessful) and my third bid was for Wanyama (successful), or is that only 2 bids?

Bull's:
Lampard - £7.5m - NOT RIGHT NOW - yesterday's rumours say that Abramovich is sitting down with Frank's agent to agree a new deal, so with that possibility, a transfer can't go ahead. Good offer though.

Parker - £2.5m loan fee - NO - has started their last 4 games and will be crucial with Sandro out for the season. Makes no sense for Spurs.

El Dios's:
Parker - £2m loan fee - NO - as above

Others:
Francis Coquelin, £2m Loan Fee - YES
Mark O'Brien, 500k - £1m needed
Charlie Austin, £5m - £6.5m required
Sebastien Coates, £2m loan fee - YES
Siaka Tiene, £2.5m - £3m required

Why? Because your bids haven't been especially thought out? None of your bids were realistic Bull, sorry mate. You have to look at it from the other club's perspective, then the player's. Some of us are picking off the scraps from big clubs' squads, not their first team players.

Bull stop - you've had 8 bids BEFORE these last two. They aren't being answered so you're giving others transfer targets now.

Bendtner was a YES, and since then you've bid for Altintop, Beckham, Barton, Jenkinson, Kehl, Lampard and Parker.

It's 2 per week! But I don't think 2 per day would be too much, they don't have to be used.

Arshavin
£1.5 loan fee

He is doing nothing at Arsenal, at Wigan he will be first choice

Florent Malouda
£1 million

Nominal fee to take him off of Chelsea's books. First team football and he can still do a job

Bull, I'm not letting you have more bids than other people, just because you haven't thought your bids through. Arshavin doesn't know that Stoke are interested, so he's snapped Wigan's hand off.
