Realistic League - Foreign Transfers - Page 7 Empty Realistic League - Foreign Transfers

Post by Guest Mon 04 Feb 2013, 10:03 am

First topic message reminder :

Managers may make 5 FT enquiries per week, starting at 0900 every Monday morning. The exception to this will be the end of the season, where additional FT enquiries will be granted.

FT enquiries, once made, can continue throughout the week until a deal is agreed. If however a FT enquiry is refused, please do not re-bid – a refusal will not be reconsidered regardless of the bid amount.

FT enquiries should be realistic, therefore we require a legitimate source – the more the merrier – to be convinced that your bid would be successful in real life. The current legitimate source list is currently as follows:

The Guardian
The Telegraph
The Times
Daily Mail
BBC Sport
Sky Sports

The current list of sources NOT accepted is currently: The Mirror, The Sun, Daily Express, Talksport, Daily Star, Metro, Bleacher Report, Trival Football, Caught Offside, Goal, Life’s a Pitch

No players brought in on a Friday may be used for that week’s tactics, as it would allow an unfair advantage for that team.

Players that are brought into the league through FTs are not allowed to be sold within the league for a minimum of 6 league games. This will avoid managers buying players on behalf of ‘smaller’ clubs, then selling them on, leaving a player at a club he would never have agreed to join.

Trebs (with apologies for missing it!):
Jardel Nivaldo, Benfica to Fulham, £1m loan fee with £3m further future fee - £2m loan fee with £5m permanent fee required - he's played a fair few games this season, and I can't see any rumours of him leaving. But knowing Portuguese teams and their love of selling players, he'd be allowed to leave for this.

Nando:
Kieran Trippier, Burnley to Southampton, £2m - £3.5m required - in this league they sold Charlie Austin so they don't need to sell.

CF:
Ryan Bertrand, Chelsea to Swansea, £6m - NO - Chelsea wouldn't let him leave at this stage of the season, having no other backup for Ashley Cole.

Bull (2/5):
Josip Ilicic, Palermo to Stoke, £3m - NOT NOW - there is no chance that Palermo would sell arguably their best player, who has been linked with much bigger clubs than Stoke, at this crucial stage of the season, for such a low fee. If they get relegated they may reconsider - for a much higher bid.

Olly (1/5):
Will Hughes, Derby to Norwich, £3m with £6m release fee - £8m fee required, £12.5m release fee also and he must be loaned back to Derby for the remainder of Season 1 - Derby are on the verge of the playoffs and have arguably the most talented player in their history. They wouldn't let him leave for such a low fee at this stage of the season, they'd need a Zaha-type deal to even consider it.

Apologies CF, but Bertrand is too valuable to Chelsea right now. He is their only option if Cole gets an injury, and even Rafa isn't that stupid to sell. It's a possibility in the future though.

Just to clarify, is that 2m now with a further 5m required to make it permanent?
Or 2m now with a further 3m required to make it permanent?

CF - yes, because both me and GSC are around during the week. It's weekends that are difficult, as I have a family and GSC is going off womanizing...

Bid 2 of 5
Yoann Gourcuff
Lyon to Aston Villa
£7m

This article suggests Lyon want rid of him due to the wages - http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2265614/Arsenal-interested-Yoann-Gourcuff-Victor-Wanyama.html
Coupled with the facts that Lyon are struggling both on and off the pitch, Yoann would have a chance to join the rest of the French Legion moving to the Premier League, and while the title of this article says Arsenal interested in Gourcuff, the rest of it claims Arsene Wenger turned down having him on loan which opens the door for us. Yoann would be first choice for us and a valuable asset.

Miguel Monteiro
Free Agent to Reading
£0

The expierenced full-back left Valenca earilier this season and is now looking for a new club. Having been rumored to have been training with Wigan in January, we would like to nip in and offer him a contract until the end of the season where his experience will hopefully rub off on our younger players.

Bid 1 of 5:

Chris Eagles, Bolton to Sunderland, £4m
The pitch: Bolton are struggling on the pitch, with no chance of reaching the Premier League this season. They are massively in debt too. We offer Chris the chance to get back to where he belongs - the Premier League - and Bolton get a fair transfer fee, considering all their problems.

Prem clubs have been linked but we feel if he was to join us he would gain Prem experiance and improve his game, the kid is talented but its too early to join a big team if he decides to and here he will get guarantied game time.

Marky (2/5):

Yoann Gourcuff, Lyon to Aston Villa, £7m - NO - while Lyon may want rid of him, there's no way he'd lower himself to anything less than European football and a quality team. He'd be a target for a top 8 team.

Enigma (1/5):

Miguel, Free Agent to Reading, £0 - YES

Azzy (1/5):
Chris Eagles, Bolton to Sunderland, £4m - YES

Bull (3, 4 and 5/5):
John Heitinga, Everton to Stoke, £5.5m - YES
Alessio Cerci, Torino to Stoke, £3.5m - NO - he's a valuable player for Torino and with no links provided, I'm not convinved he'd ever leave Italy.
Marcel Sabitzer, Rapid Vienna to Stoke, £1.5m - £3m required - he's a very good young player with a burgeoning reputation, so they'd want more for him than you've offered.

All links have to be provided when you bid, it's how you convince me and GSC of the reality of your offer. As there was no link for Cerci, it has to be a no unfortunately.

Good find on Sabitzer, he has great potential.

I accept the NO, but Lyon are very unlikely to be playing European football next season IRL, once they exit the Europa League would another bid be worthwhile as he'd be swapping from one club not in Europe to another? And as for a quality team, that's what i'm building Whistle

Bid 3 of 5
Giuliano
Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk to Aston Villa
£7m

Giuliano is a Brazilian attacking midfielder who plays in the Ukrainian league for quite an unfashionable side. We would be offering a decent fee to Dnipro that matches his TM value, while giving the lad a chance to play in England, where he would be given a chance to shine while putting himself in the shop window for a move to bigger and better things. Performing well for us would give him opportunities to further his career and he would also be first choice for us.

Fabrizio Coloccini - £5m
Newcastle to Fulham
The defender wants to leave Newcastle, which is well documented. We are willing to make him our captain and move him down to London. Newcastle have already signed a replacement in Mbiwa and with his large wages, they can get him off the books and sign more players.

David Stockdale - £500k (Loan return)
We would like to end the loan deal for Stockdale and bring him back to Fulham. We are willing to pay £500k to get the goalkeeper back on our books. We are willing to give them fellow goalkeeper Neil Etheridge on loan for the rest of the season as cover for them but we feel Stockdale is ready to get games in a Fulham shirt.

Nicolas Ismaet Mirin - £4m
Valenciennes to Fulham
The player was linked with a deadline day switch to us and while he didn't end up moving to us then, we would like to sign the defender who would be a first choice player.
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2271150/Transfer-deadline-day-Fulham-chase-Nicolas-Isimat-Mirin-Valenciennes.html

Igor de Camargo - £2m
Moenchengladbach to Fulham
Another player who we were linked with and didn't end up signing. The player has only lasted the full 90 minutes twice this season and we want to sign the Belgian striker. Give him a new lease of life in the Premier League.
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2269624/Fulham-set-2m-Igor-Camargo.html

El Dios (1/5):
Max Meyer, Schalke to West Brom, £1m = YES

Marky (3/5):
Giuliano, Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk to Aston Villa, £7m = NO - no reason for Dnipro to sell, considering he's probably their best player and they're 2nd in the league.

Trebs (1, 2, 3 and 4/5):
Fabricio Coloccini, Newcastle to Fulham, £5m = NO - he wants to move back to Argentina so a move to London doesn't help him.

David Stockdale, £500k Loan return + Neil Etheridge on loan = NO - Hull are fighting for the Championship title and wouldn't want to sacrifice a decent goalkeeper for a fraction of the potential promotion prize.

Nicolas Ismimat-Mirin, Valenciennes to Fulham, £4m = YES

Igor de Camargo, Moenchengladbach to Fulham, £2m = £3m required

CF (1/5):
Abou Diaby, Arsenal to Swansea, £5m = NO - Arsene Wenger rates Diaby very highly, so he'd not countenance losing a key midfielder at such a crucial stage of the season.

Bid 4 of 5
Felipe Anderson
Santos to Aston Villa
£7m

Felipe was all set to move to Lazio on deadline day but the deal fell through due to paperwork issues. This link confirms the deal at €7.5m, but Felipe remains a Santos player. We would be offering more than €7.5m as our £7m offer works out higher, which would encourage Santos to push the deal through. The player would be joining a side who are keen to develop and would have Felipe as a starting player whereas he would be a squad player and easily behind Hernanes at Lazio. We would also be willing to have a buyout clause inserted but only as a last resort to get the deal done.

Sergi Roberto
Barcelona B
2.5m Loan Fee
Having made it clear that he needs game time and a loan move to Espanyol not happening we would like to bring him to get the game time he needs. We like to the pass the ball around and would toughen him up in the PL and get him used to the physical side of football not shown in Spain

Sunderland (2/5):

Razvan Rat, Shakhtar Donetsk to Sunderland, £3.25m

Reason: Shakhtar have just signed Ismaily from Braga for the same fee, putting Rat down to second choice alongside Vyacheslav Shevchuk, who has shared game time with Rat this season. Having slipped so far down the pecking order, we offer Rat our LB starting role, with the chance to play in the biggest league in the world in front of some of the most passionate fans in the country.

Shakhtar sign Ismaily this week: http://www.uefa.com/uefachampionsleague/news/newsid=1919303.html

Marky (4 and 5/5):
Felipe Anderson, Santos to Aston Villa, £7m = NOT RIGHT NOW - Lazio are a much bigger club than Villa, so we don't think he'd join you currently. Depending on how you do this season, that may change.

Simon Vukcevic, Free Agent to Aston Villa = YES - but the player has no value, cannot be released for a fee, and must start at least 3/11 games by the end of the season, else he will leave for nothing.

Nando (1/5):
Sergi Roberto, Barcelona B to Southampton, £2.5m loan fee = YES

El Dios (2, 3, 4 and 5/5):
Aymeric Laporte, Athletic Bilbao to West Brom, £4m = YES - but player must have a £7.5m release clause

Leo Baptistao, Rayo Vallecano to West Brom, £2.5m loan fee with £7.5m option at season's end = NOT RIGHT NOW - Rayo are flying in La Liga and wouldn't sell one of their best players at this crucial stage of the season.

Adam Matthews, Celtic to West Brom, £2m = £4m required

Alen Halilovic, Dinamo Zagreb to West Brom, £0.5m = NO - we feel he's too young to move abroad

Azzy (2/5):
Razvan Rat, Shakhtar Donetsk to Sunderland, £3.25m = YES

Lucas Biglia
Anderlecht to Wigan
£8million

We gace a relegation fight on our hands and need a leader with some reel steel in the middle of the park. Lucas has mentioned his desire to play in England and with no big teams coming in for him we have stumped up the cash. He will be allowed to leave at the end of the season if a big club comes in for him for £12.5 million.

Simon Vukcevic, Free Agent to Aston Villa = YES - but the player has no value, cannot be released for a fee, and must start at least 3/11 games by the end of the season, else he will leave for nothing.

Deal.

El Dios - we're not doing options, it's too much work for me and GSC (especially for me, as I do this during work).

Release clauses last forever, or you could discuss buying the clause out at the end of the season. A lot of that will depend on how the player has been used / your team's success (or lack of).

Also, your bids for Deulofeu and Powell were from last week, so they expired on Sunday night OK

Gregers - Biglia has already been a NO for someone else, so it's a NO to you as well mate.

TP2/5
Barcelona B
Gerard Deulofeu -£3.5m loan , We have Sergi Roberto at the club so would give him a friendly face that he knows whilst getting game time censored

TP3/5

Joan Verdu
4.5m
Espanyol
Previously linked with a move to Southampton and is out of contract in the summer would give them a fee to bring in new players of decent quality to replace Joan

This is bull$h*#
Where does it say anything about expiring offers etc.

And if Fernando gets him - I will leave this league as its the 2nd time you'll have done me out with made up extra rules
