Huck v Afolabi in May - Don King Wins Purse Bids
It was a great match up the last time and I'm looking forward to them doing it all over again. Interestingly Don King won the purse bid. King bid $1,500,000. Sauerland came in 2nd with $914,444 and K2 bid $375,000 according to Chris Meyer, Sauerland Promotions.
Bring it on. May is shaping up to be a bumper month of boxing.

Delighted that Afolabi has got another crack; the first fight was top-notch. I'm not particularly blown away with Huck and never have been, but you've got to hand it to him, he gives good value for money the majority of the time.
Definitely worth a look for anyone, this.

Good match up, just like first two. Looking forward to this one. Shame Don King won purse bid. I imagine the fighters would have liked to get paid for their troubles

Both were top class fights and the last round of the 2nd was just like a rocky film, neither fought with finesse but threw every punch with lots of power
He deserves it and given Huck's hard fight recently he may just have enough to come away with the win. Huck is pretty basic but he doesn't hld anything back and is always in good fights. Povetkin, Afolabi and Arslan were all gruellling fightd and fair play to him for stepping in against Ola again

I thought some might pick up that Afolabi's promoter K2 were only offering $375,000 when Don King put up $1.5M.
Might be an indication of how tight K2 are when it comes to parting with money even when it is one of their own fighters involved. It was a pretty pathetic token effort.
