Believe me it was painful to take as Del Po fan, he lost the match from 3-0 up in the second set, yes it was a great tournament but the loss was tough to take.

I would have taken it easy had he gone down in st. sets like 6-4 6-4 but we fans knew he had moments to close out the match and win it in style and failed there, nevertheless there is always next time, the best revenge is to beat the Clay GOD in FO Yahoo

Eventhough it was a great match, I cannot watch the match again picard

Which moments did he have to close out the match? He was never near winning it - I would suggest at 3-3 in the 2nd he choked and went for inappropriate drop-shots, served double faults and made crucial FH errors to hand Rafa the break that game. After that Nadal didn't really look back.

Delpo's return of serve to break back to 2-3 in the first set (at 3.00 in the clip) was just an unbelievable shot.

Thanks for posting. Great match and performance from both players. I thought Del Potro could have gone for the lines a bit more though his pace looks like it's back. I still can't really warm to Nadal's game but nice to see him moving in towards the baseline though I guess I'm liking it more than before. What he may sometimes lack in pace he definitely makes up for in weight of shot and sometimes he has both.
