It's A Fun Game This Tennis
After his win in Indian Wells Nadal was asked about what he had missed during his long absence from the game.
I miss the feeling to go on a big stadium with all people, all this atmosphere that makes you feel something different. And the feeling of victory, the feeling of competition, this adrenaline in life, there is much more important things than tennis. That's only game.
But probably the feeling that you have when you are in a competition, when you are winning a match, when you are winning a tournament, this adrenaline, this feeling on that moment is very difficult to find outside of this, no?
We can all only imagine. But yes it must be a thrill.

Re: It's A Fun Game This Tennis
Very early in his career when he was 18/19 Nadal said a couple things that stand out now you think what he's come through.
"Failure is not my enemy. Fear of Failure is my enemy."
Then referring to the problems James Blake had overcome in his career:
"I know James has had some difficult moments, and so I'm happy for him. I like to see people do well who have suffered and been through hard things."
Little would he know those words would become so apt for himself.
