Wrestlemania betting.
Just seen the book on Paddy Power and there's not much value to be had at all.
Cena is 1/10 with the Rock currently trading at 5/1
HHH is 2/7 with Brock at 9/4
The Shield are 2/9 with Sheamus, Orton and Show at 11/4
The only value looking bet seems to be Hell No at 13/8 with Ziggler and Big E at 4/9 although Swagger is a tasty 11/5.
I was looking to do a Cena, HHH and Shield treble but with a 10 quid stake only returning £17.29 it's really not worth the risk.
Oh and Taker is 1/16. Anybody even gonna risk 16 nougats for every pound?
I'm assuming they've taken some big hits on previous PPV's looking at them prices.

If my maths is right, a £10 accumulator on the ones you mentioned (in the order they're in) pays out £154 ish. Not great for 6 chances to lose

A lot of High Street bookies have markets for it now. The margins will be down to a mixture of things but they won't have ever taken a huge hit on this. Sky bet keep it open in play too which is interesting.
I'd say The Rock, Swagger and Team Hell No are all good value.

All the people guaranteeing that Taker will never lose the streak have been given a licence to print money. Put every penny you've got on Taker for guaranteed profit!

^^ This. A non wrestling fan friend of mine claims he knows for a fact the streak will never end, and would happily 'bet his house on it'...strange that,he's happy to bet his house, but after showing him the odds he's reluctant to put a £16 stake on it haha.

Re: Wrestlemania betting.
The 3 big matches look fairly predictable, HHH and Cena have both laid down for there respective opponents in the past, so you'd expect them both to win. Whilst The Undertakers streak is unlikely to go.
WWE normally like to throw up a suprise though, and not make the show so predictable. I don't fancy Taker to Lose, but it wouldn't be a suprise if either Lesnar or The Rock won!

Can you simply walk into a bookies and have a bet on this or is it only online betting?

Re: Wrestlemania betting.
Id suggest Online betting unless you've outed yourself as a wrestling fan to the world
You can try justify it to them with a picture of naked Eve but at the end of the day their still mock you for watching men in tight onesies (Big E Langston)

Crazy odds on the shield. If I was in the UK, I would throw in £50

I'd be interested in seeing Jericho's odds. I fancy him to get the win, while most are going for Fandango.

Re: Wrestlemania betting.
I've put £20 on:
John Cena over The Rock
The Undertaker over CM Punk
Ryback over Mark Henry
Triple H over Brock Lesnar
Jack Swagger over Alberto Del Rio
Big Zig over Team Hell No
The Shield over Big Shandy
Potential Returns: £231.17
I know that Jack Swagger will probably lose BUT I'm hopefully that he'll win so that Dolph can cash in, also not too confident about The Shield or Big Zig but I had a spare £20 from previous bet wins and thought why not.
If I lose this bet due to CM Punk beating the streak I'll be ok with that haha
