Ezekiel Jackson or Mason Ryan?
Simple really.
Both similar build with an ammense amount of strength.
Neither great on the mic as of yet.
Both currently built as monsters in a group thats falling apart.
Both hinting at face turns.
Both took out Big Show recently.
Who do you currently prefer?, and who do you think will go further in the 'E, and why?
I personally quite like them both, but think Ryan will definately go further.
Thanks for reading.

Re: Ezekiel Jackson or Mason Ryan?
Hi DX Dan, I'm a new member here on v2, over from 606, I think I recongise your name. I like to stat my opinion's so if i'm wrong please correct me.
Too be fair, I am a big fan of Mason Ryan and leaving a poor 'New Nexus' is just what he need's. He's been doing relativley nothing since his debut and i'm glad the what the E' done with him on last night's Raw.
I'm hoping it's a beginning of a new era for him as he has the build and look's as he has much potential.
As for Ezekiel Jackson, he's very similar too Mason as you stated, for some reason at the moment in time I am a bigger fan of Mason Ryan's.
Thanks.

Re: Ezekiel Jackson or Mason Ryan?
Cheers for the reply Fine Folk, i agree; Ryan is more likeable at the moment.
By the way is your name a reference from Stone Cold's promo a few weeks back on Raw when he was calling the Tough Enough contestants 'fine folks', and a 'fine bunch of human beings'?
Haha

Ryan for me, I don't know why i just find him more believable as a monster proabably due to having seen Jackson's less than convincing face runs

Dx Dan, You stand correct. My name is from a promo of his a few year's back, not the one he done on Raw a couple of week's back though, although I enjoyed the promo very much. Thank's for noticing anyway .

No Dan just big guys pumped ful of Roids, basically Vinces ultimate fantasy.... Niether posesses anywhere near the amount of charisma to be a break out star in the business.

Fair point, but did Batista, Lesnar, or Goldberg?

Re: Ezekiel Jackson or Mason Ryan?
Batista only showed any real main event level status in the last 6 months of his career.
Lesnar and Goldberg simply had a huge amount more presence in the ring, you had to watch them, Batista never had that level of intensity.

Re: Ezekiel Jackson or Mason Ryan?
to be fair you've picked out the best 3 big men of the last 15 years....
Lesnar did without doubt he had an awesome look.... Just a legit tough guy who was booked brilliantly.
Goldberg booked well again with a good luck....
Batista's best run in WWE was just before he left
What about Heindreich, Brakkus, Nathan Jones, The Masterpiece, Shad, Lashley, Barbarian, Mike Awesome, Mark Henry, Crush, Hercules, Giant Gonzales, A-Train, Warlord, Kozlov, Tomko ..... Lex Luger for every 1 decent big man there's 10 who are awful... I'm sorry be history will remember 2 guys as the also rans above

Out of the two I'd pick Zeke to have the better career, I predict Ryan to be FE'd by end of 2012

I friggin' hope so!
Can't wait to see the 'Fun with Zeke' vids on Youtube
Of the 2 I think Ryan's the one who's going to be pushed heavily to the top, in fact I'm surprised at how he was booked in the Nexus, thought for sure he'd be given a monster push and made to look invincible. Looks like they might be starting that now though.
Jackson showed in his ECW matches with Christian that he can hang with a good worker and take direction, and when he won the ECW title it seemed he was destined for big things. His injury was a massive blow to his momentum. Splitting from the Corre is the right thing to do now, where he goes from there is anybody's guess.

You say when he 'won' the ECW title, but wasn't he just given that for one night before they retired it.

Not sure if either of them have a role beyond big enforcer or monster heel who comes and goes every few months. I would say that of the two Zeke probably has the greater chance of becoming a long term part of the roster though as he looks to be able to play face or heel.

Great shout Lex! Forgot about Ahmed!! Another big man Vince got hard for then when he realised he couldn't draw a stick man he dropped him like a shot....
Do you reckon Vinces gets these guys to oil up in the try out whilst he stares in amazement at their pecs?

I reckon Vince brushes the oil onto their pecs himself.

I don't understand why Chris Masters has never had more of a push considering his build and physique; i think he is underrated and unutilized.

He had a huge push around the time of the Master Lock stuff but never really kicked on... got FE'd and then returned. I would say he is seen as a good house guy but to progress needs a new image and definitely a new finisher. Getting away from the whole narcissistic Masterpiece angle would be good too.

Re: Ezekiel Jackson or Mason Ryan?
Yeah definately in need of a new finisher, something like a simple sitout powerbomb would do.
I think he should be pushed to upper midcard as a face.

Re: Ezekiel Jackson or Mason Ryan?
I also think that Brady was unfair to put A Train in his list.
He was used wrongly in the E but it doesnt make him a bad wrestler or poor in ring worker.

Re: Ezekiel Jackson or Mason Ryan?
Zeke atm, Ryan looks way to green atm. Although the spear to Kane/Show was immense!
Re: Ezekiel Jackson or Mason Ryan?
I am not overly keen on either, however I think I would prefer Zeke. He is slightly more interesting than Mason Ryan
Re: Ezekiel Jackson or Mason Ryan?
seeing as Big Zeke has turned face again, i would say Zeke has the potenial to be World Champion in a year or two IMO , Ryan is good but not quite ready.
