North versus South

Rugby stars from these hemispheres will face each other......in a boxing match. I've only just been made aware of this, is it old news? The fight will raise money for the charity BackOnYourBike. Seven international rugby legends and four local rugby heroes will climb through the ropes to slug it out in five men’s bouts and two women’s at the Fighting Chance event. Names such as Shane Williams, Gareth Thomas, Carlos Spencer, Kahn Fotiali'i and Brian Lima are involved.

Shane Byrne is apparently a tough nut, and I can tell you Non Evans is as tough as they come!!!

I can imagine Non Evans could do damage, and Gareth Thomas could probably dish out some damage.

Are they having weight catagories ? I cannot immagine ickle Shane squaring up against Brian Lima, Brian Lima would swap his face around in one foul swoop. But he would have to catch him first.

Perhaps it's Williams vs Fotuali'i? And Thomas vs Spencer.

Non Evans v Huriana Manuel would just about be the main event.
