How can it take so long .... Empty How can it take so long ....

What justification can be made for taking so long to clear Eifion of drug taking. The sample was taken in June 2012 and was deemed positive, yet it has taken till now (10 months) to accept it wasn't positive and he was clear.

That is completely unacceptable...
