What intro song would you choose for a particular fight Empty What intro song would you choose for a particular fight

Post by Pedro147 Wed 17 Apr 2013, 5:30 pm

Just wondering are there any songs you would've chosen for a particluar fighter in the past if you were in the fighters shoes. Whether it be to rile up fans if fighting in your opponents hometown or your opponent or whatever?

I always thought Joe Calzaghe should've chosen 'Play That Funky Music White Boy' as his intro when fighting Hopkins due to Hopkins' comments about not losing to a whitey in the build up.

Any others you would have chosen?

Vitali could even edit Haye's intro to 'Ain't Toe Stoppin' us Now' to wind Haye up

When Hatton had his first fight post Warren before the traditional Blue Moon he had "Gonna get along without you now" playing which was pretty amusing.

Baauer - Dum Dum for P Whitaker.

Rage Against The Machine - Kick Out The Jams for some hyper aggressive Rios/Dempsey/Tyson type fighter.

Rage - Housin for Foreman.

Gil Scott Heron - Me and the Devil for Liston.

I get Knocked Down - Dennis Andries.

Oh dear - not disputing the merits of Boston as a place, and what happened at the marathon was disgusting.

But that song just leaves a bad taste in the mouth - 'classic rock' in the pedestrian and dull sense...

You can't bring your teenybopper 31 year old self on here and start dissing more than a feeling, cast.

Whilst we're on rock anthems.

Ha ha! No he got a draw. I think at that level it's good to come out to a cheesy upbeat song.

Most come out to hardcore rap music with moody faces and look stupid if they don't back it up.

You can't knock Ant and Dec, they still got it!

James Toney vs anyone

The fast food song by The Fast Food Rockers.

I win.

For those who can't remember;

Let's eat, to the beat!
At Pizza Hut, at Pizza Hut
Kentucky Fried Chicken
And at Pizza Hut
At Pizza Hut, at Pizza Hut
Kentucky Fried Chicken
And at Pizza Hut
MCDONALDS! MCDONALDS!
Kentucky Fried Chicken
And at Pizza Hut
MCDONALDS! MCDONALDS!
Kentucky Fried Chicken
And at Pizza Hut.

You like it, You love it.
You know you really want it,
The voices I hear, whenever you're around.
I want it,
I need it,
Nothing else can beat it.
Hot and Spicy
Whenever i'm in town.
Enticing
Exciting
The aroma's so inviting.
And when it hits me, I wanna take you home.
Trust me,
You must see,
Just what you're doing to me,
Driving me crazy,
Hungry to the bone.
I think of you and lick my lips, you've got the taste i can't resist.
Can't resist
Can't resist
Let's eat to the beat!

Let's eat, to the beat!
At Pizza Hut, at Pizza Hut
Kentucky Fried Chicken
And at Pizza Hut
At Pizza Hut, at Pizza Hut
Kentucky Fried Chicken
And at Pizza Hut
MCDONALDS! MCDONALDS!
Kentucky Fried Chicken
And at Pizza Hut
MCDONALDS! MCDONALDS!
Kentucky Fried Chicken
And at Pizza Hut.

"Would you like that to go?"
"Any sauces?"

You're so sweet, and you're neat,
You knock me off my two feet.
You're chunky,
You're hunky,
I'm coming back for more (Hot Dog!)
Your taste all embraces,
I gotta sing your praises,
Just savour the flavours,
Waiting at your door.
I think of you and lick my lips, you've got the taste I can't resist.
Can't resist.
Can't resist.
Let's eat, to the beat!

At Pizza Hut, at Pizza Hut
Kentucky Fried Chicken
And at Pizza Hut
At Pizza Hut, at Pizza Hut
Kentucky Fried Chicken
And at Pizza Hut
MCDONALDS! MCDONALDS!
Kentucky Fried Chicken
And at Pizza Hut
MCDONALDS! MCDONALDS!
Kentucky Fried Chicken
And at Pizza Hut.

"Does anyone fancy a shake?"
Shake
Ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh
Shake it to the left,
Shake it to the right,
Let's shake
Ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh

I think of you and lick my lips, you've got the taste i can't resist.
Can't resist.
Can't resist.
Let's eat, to the beat!

At Pizza Hut, at Pizza Hut
Kentucky Fried Chicken
And at Pizza Hut
At Pizza Hut, at Pizza Hut
Kentucky Fried Chicken
And at Pizza Hut
MCDONALDS! MCDONALDS!
Kentucky Fried Chicken
And at Pizza Hut
MCDONALDS! MCDONALDS!
Kentucky Fried Chicken
And at Pizza Hut.

At Pizza Hut, at Pizza Hut
Kentucky Fried Chicken
And at Pizza Hut
At Pizza Hut, at Pizza Hut
Kentucky Fried Chicken
And at Pizza Hut
MCDONALDS! MCDONALDS!
Kentucky Fried Chicken
And at Pizza Hut
MCDONALDS! MCDONALDS!
Kentucky Fried Chicken
And at Pizza Hut.
