It's funny how things change with Hogan getting lowest billing out of these guys...

I can't believe that one wasn't in the list actually.

Re: Dream Teams to face The Shield
I am going to give you actual teams of 3 as opposed to 3 randoms teaming together.
The original NWO - Hulk Hogan, Kevin Nash and Scott Hall.
The younger members of Evolution - Triple H, Randy Orton and Batista.
The Brood - Edge, Christian and Gangrel.
Too Cool & Rikishi.
The 3 Dudley Brothers - Bubba Ray, D-Von and Spike.
Midcard DX - Road Dogg, Billy Gunn and X-Pac.
Right To Censor - Bull Buchanan, The Goodfather and Val Venis (Stevie Richards can be in their corner as their manager).
The Fabulous Freebirds.
The Radicals (minus the murdering piece of sh*t) - Eddie Guerrero, Perry Saturn and Dean Malenko.
Kurt Angle & The Worlds Greatest Tag Team.
That is all I can think of currently.

Ric Flair, Anr Anderson and Tully Blanchard.
Bret and Owen Hart and Davey Boy Smith.
Team Angle vs The Shield would be such a good match.

Re: Dream Teams to face The Shield
I'd say The Shield vs the NAO n HHH would be a very good match on a PPV to keep them over as heels. After The Shield win you could have X-Pac and HBK rush down to stop them beating on their fallen foes, before a big DX goodbye in the ring.

Re: Dream Teams to face The Shield
I mentioned the potential Evolution Vs Shield match a while ago
And you wonder why they left it off the list?
Shield run through a few more 'superstar' teams, commentators start saying is there any combination of people to beat these guys then boom you get Evolution.
Orton is supposedly staying face for a while to feud with Ziggler over the summer so you could easily have Shield Vs Evolution at Survivor Series
Reigns, Ambrose & Rollins Vs Triple H, Orton & Batista w/ Ric Flair as manager.

Re: Dream Teams to face The Shield
Isn't Ric Flair in really poor health at the moment? I doubt he'll be on TV for a while, he's in poor health and his son has just died.
I can certainly see Triple H, Orton and Batista teaming up against them. I suppose it depends on how quickly they can negotiate a contract with Batista, who is apparently demanding a contract similar to those of The Rock and Lesnar despite obviously not having the same worth.

Survivor Series would be 7 months away, hopefully Flair's heath would be better by then.
