AP Try of the Season Nominees
Christian Wade in Round 1 against Quins. Wade stands his man up with sublime footwork before blazing round him. https://youtu.be/nMrFYTGRfcw
Manu Tuilagi rounds of a real team effort, that starts with a turnover in the Tigers 22. From round 2 against Worcester https://youtu.be/04Rf4IxRFoU
Some great broken field running from James Simpson-Daniel against Wasps https://youtu.be/Hdq6xy0NYhA
Another team effort from Tigers sees Bowden dotting down against Saracens https://youtu.be/T9TzCqmqDIk
Elliot Daly rides through how many Saints tackles to score in the corner https://youtu.be/QDlZX6559so

Bowden for me...
Tuilagi is just a simple jog in, and he wasn't anywhere near as involved as he couldve been till then.
Daly, Wade and JSD were good individual tries but any team that goes from their own 22 in this day and age deserve all the plaudits they get..
So BOwden!!!

For me the Tuilagi try is a better team try than the Bowden one. I accept that Manu himself had little to do, but from Gonevas turnover through to that last pass I feel it was sublime.

I see what your saying LT, and I rewatched, but for me turnover ball and a scrum platform are 2 different things, the turnover was much easier to run out than the scrum, defence was manned up, and spontanious attack struck, turnover they throw 2 passes as trained instinct!!!
I'm sticking with Bowden

I saw both live, and the depressed state I drove home in following the match v Sarries means I am biased against the Bowden one I think.

I keep rewatching now, maybe the silence is effecting my decision...
Both have different qualities, but Bowdens just because of the scrum in the 22 I think!!

Bowden's for the Murphy pass, It's a brilliant and ballsy call to take the pass from Ford and then to slice through the gap and throw a pin point pass of that distance at full sprint is just an outrageous display of class.
It's real team work with Bowden calling the chip and Ford supplying a beautiful dink. The forwards work rate from the scrum to the Thompstone breakdown is also very good.

I'm sure Wade has scored better tries then that this season...
I'm going for Manu's- the speed of passing is brilliant and as the ball travels through four or five pairs of hands the defence never manage to lay a finger on them.
Shame that Care's try away against Tigers isn't in there though.

Wade scored better ones against Leinster certainly, but they were ineligible.
Pretty sure Care did not get a try at Welford Rd this season, but he got a very good one against us at your place. For an individual SH try, Ben Youngs against Bath was from even further out.

Re: AP Try of the Season Nominees
Agree with LT, the Care and Youngs tries were very similar. Quick tap whilst the forwards are unable to make the hit and then round the 15 and try time.

Re: AP Try of the Season Nominees
In my opinion the best from the list is the Tuilagi try closely followed by the Bowden one.
The Tuilagi one was one sweeping move with no stopping. Tuilagi had a run in because of his team mates. That's credit to them.
Either the Tuilagi try or Bowden try would be worthy winners in my opinion.
