Season 5 Foreign Transfer Bids - Page 2 Empty Season 5 Foreign Transfer Bids

Post by ncfc_Tooze Sun 05 May 2013, 5:51 pm

First topic message reminder :

Foreign transfers will be open during the following weeks:

21st May - 27th May
3rd June- 9th June
10th June- 15th June
1st July- 6th July
8th July- 13th July
5th August- 10th August
12th August- 17th August

It is possible to purchase foreign wrestlers for your roster. This INCLUDES all Legends Not already in the game.
A maximum of 2 bids per day is permitted.
The WWA board of directors will assess the bids made and make a decision.
The responses will be:
Yes
Negotiate (more money needed)
No

If the response is no, this will be down to whoever is on your roster and whether they will actually work with your current wrestlers. So choose wisely.
If 2 or more rosters are bidding for the same Legend on the same day and then we're going highest bidder (inserted 30/7/12)
You can edit an existing bid as many times as required during a day. Rather than edit an existing post, please repost your revised bid.
The opening time for bids is 9am on the first day of the week
Cut off time for bids is 4.30pm on that day.
However, if there are any bids for a wrestler between 3.30pm and 4.30pm that have already been bid for, the transfer window for that wrestler will be extended until 5.30pm to give the first bidder a chance to re-bid. Responses should be up between 6-9pm on the same day.
The responses will expire at midday The Next Day. If you fail to negotiate or confirm, the wrestler is available again to be bid for the next day.

Please submit bids in the following format:

Association Name:
Wrestler:
Bid:
Reason:

People bought from TP's and Which Federation they went to

Season 5 Foreign Transfer Bids - Page 2 Empty Re: Season 5 Foreign Transfer Bids

Post by x12x Mon 03 Jun 2013, 10:38 am

Association Name: EGW
Wrestler: Chris Kanyon
Bid: £6m
Reason: We here at EGW see Chris Kanyon as a star that never got to shine, we believe that with the right push Chris could have been a much bigger name in the business but due to backstage politics and a certain WWE Owner's war on WCW this was never realised...we aim to show his true potential and believe he would be an asset to not only the EXT Division but the World Title scene. With our recent capture of John Morrison we see Kanyon as someone who could bring the best out of JoMo.

Association Name: EGW
Wrestler: Davey Vega
Bid: £4m
Reason: We at EGW see Davey Vega as a star of the future, his innovative style would suit the EXT Division down to a tee and with the guidance of a certain Chris Kanyon we truly believe Davey to be one to watch and with a personality that could get over with the hardest to please fans we welcome Davey to show his talent to a bigger audience.

Sorry I thought pre-bids were still allowed

nXtreme
TP1
Wrestler: Lei'D Tapa
Fee: £4 million
Reason: Lei'D completes the wrestling side of this seasons nXtreme! Lei'D joins her fellow Tongan in Fale as well as joining a very strong Pacific Islands feel to the roster. She will be a big star in the Queen of nXtreme acting as the resident powerhouse

TP2
Wrestler: Jonathan Coachman
Fee: £5 million
Reason: We need a strong commentator to hold everything together and who better than the Coach?!

Association Name: NGPW: Blue Thunder
Wrestler: Erick Stevens
Bid: £7 Million
Reason: Erick Stevens was a somewhat underrated talent that got lost in the shuffle towards the end. Here he would be a perfect fit slotting into the mid-card scene in a familiar role under the guidance of one his old managers.

nXtreme
TP1

Wrestler: Dixie Carter
Fee: £10 million
Reason: We need an authority figure to come in and run the show and we'd love it to be Dixie, we have a roster full of egos so she is the perfect choice. Plus we can sell figures of her as we've heard they are a big seller

Wrestler: Maria Kanellis
Fee: £5 million
Reason: Our last smidgeons of money on getting Maria and our target tomorrow in, she will aid Flair in his day to day role as well as being our backstage announcer.

MWF

TP1
Wrestler: Ultimo Dragon
Fee: 17m
Reason: With a heavy japanese influence in our x division this season who better to add than someone who is a legend in japan holding a majority of the lighter weight titles around the world, a key member in the creation of dragon gate and will become a key member of our x division and freeweight divisions

TP2
Wrestler: Jonny Storm
Fee:7m
Reason: A british cruiserweight who we would love to add to our X division for the first time, a fan favourite wherever he goes and will surely be the same here in MWF.

Season 5 Foreign Transfer Bids - Page 2 Empty Re: Season 5 Foreign Transfer Bids

Post by x12x Tue 04 Jun 2013, 4:25 pm

Association Name: EGW
Wrestler: Jake The Snake Roberts
Bid: £15m
Reason: We at EGW see the need for a "legend" on our roster, someone who can bring in the old school fans and we believe that Jake may be the one to do this, with the right feuds the best could be once again brought out in Jake giving him that second chance that he never really got.

Association Name: EGW
Wrestler: Ultimate Warrior
Bid: £15m
Reason: another legend who we'd love to face off against the newer talents here at EGW. The Warrior is an iconic name who could bring in the old school fans.

(If these bid's are accepted we will take time to consider before confirming.)

Wrestler: Billy Kidman
Bid: 6Mill
Reason: TWA believes that Kidman would be a great edition to the Atlas division and would round off the roster for that division.

Association Name: TWA
Wrestler: Shad Gaspard
Bid: 5Mill
Reason: TWA would like to reunite Gaspard with long time friend JTG so, the two can have another chance at tag team gold.

Association Name: EGW
Wrestler: Goldust
Bid: £15m
Reason: With members such as Santino, Jay Lethal, Brad Maddox, El Generico and Shark Boy we believe that Goldust would fit perfectly with the comedy aspect that we aim to bring in to EGW as well as being someone who could challenge for the TV & New York City Titles.

El Generico has been on the phone to me begging to be reunited with Daniel Bryan, Kevin Steen etc rather than be stuck in a 'hilarious' skit with Santino and Shark Boy.
