With the news that Graeme Hick has been hired by Cricket Australia to help out some of Australia's younger players in the mental aspects of batting, should England's Cricket Board also follow suit by naming Hick's fellow English 1990's batting failure Mark Ramprakash in a similar role, of giving his experienced/expertise advice to some of our promising young players in the dark arts of how not to mentally prepare resulting in a batting innings failure at a test match level?
