How to get that cut between shoulders and arms
Ok so I have been gymming on and off for about 6 years, however I struugle to get that cut or definition between the shoulders and the arms. I have been doing 3x 25 sets of press ups as a warm up at the gym when I go as a way to try and help. Would pull ups help?
I am 6ft2 and 90 kilos.

If you are only training on and off then that is perhaps why..
Pullups Is a back exercise with biceps thrown in..........
Do.....the basic compounds and when you grow you'll see improvement in the areas you want..

Maybe it would help if you posted your shoulder workout as it currently stands?

You need to put more weight on the bar and do one set at a time....

Definitely more weight on the bar. Try it seated with dumbbells too, to force each shoulder to work separately.
Drop the reps to about 8-12, over 4 sets. You want to be struggling on the last few reps.
Side raises and front raises are essentials for a well-defined shoulder. You don't have to go heavy on these particularly, but really focus on the contraction and good form.
Rear-deltoids are the key to well-rounded shoulders. Bent over flies are the best exercise for this, and most people never do them.
J.Benson also makes a good point. I remember hearing once that 'If you don't have defined abs, you won't have defined shoulders'.

I can shoulder press 45 kgs (6-8 x3 sets) but I don't want to bulk up because I play football and need to stay lean and quick.

You can have defined shoulders without bulking up and losing your speed. But the shoulders still need training.
It's such a common misconception that lifting any form of weight will magically balloon you up to ridiculous proportions. It won't.

Re: How to get that cut between shoulders and arms
The amount of weight isnt that important. Its better to keep the weight light and have good control than go heavy and lose form.
Muscle definition and seperation has nothing to do with muscle size but to do with bodyfat. Reduce bodyfat and cuts will show.
Don't worry about getting too bulky either. A maxed-out, natural gymrat at 12% or less bodyfat isnt going to be bulky.
