2013/14 Premier League Fixtures.
Hi all,
As you may already know, the football fixtures for the 2013/14 Premier League season were released at 9am this morning and here are the opening day fixtures:
Barclays Premier League
Arsenal v Aston Villa
Chelsea v Hull
Crystal Palace v Tottenham
Liverpool v Stoke
Man City v Newcastle
Norwich v Everton
Sunderland v Fulham
Swansea v Man Utd
West Brom v Southampton
West Ham v Cardiff
So how do you think your team will get on? What do you think of your teams fixture list? What do you think of the fixtures for all of the teams?

BT will be annoyed, they probably wanted a big fixture to start their coverage. They'll probably go for the safe option, and pick Swansea v Man Utd as their first televised game.

Even the run in looks boring from what I've just quickly seen. It seems Everton might determine where the title ends up. Hull's opening away games look dreadful. Moyes has got to hit the ground running.

I wouldn't call it a boring opening day.
Palace vs Tottenham and Swansea vs United has the potential to be 2 decent games. Hopefully that's Sky's first super sunday of the season.
Give BT Sport West Ham vs Cardiff.

I've never paid much attention to the opening day fixtures. You've got to play everyone twice in a season so does it matter when?

BT have said they will announce their televised fixtures in 2 weeks, so I imagine Sky will do likewise.

I think you'll find BT will get to choose, so Swansea v United will probably be on BT and will be the first game of the season.

BT will get first dibs, so they'll definitely pick Swansea vs Man United.
Glad Albion got a winnable first game, our blistering start to last season kept us high up the table all season. I don't want a relegation battle.

I'll take Cardiff, we usually beat them. I always check Boxing Day game and my birthday. Both are Arsenal, we don't beat Arsenal. Last home game is Spurs which will least give it some meaning

Pretty happy with Everton at home first game of the season, we usually do pretty well against them.
Our final four games are Liverpool (h), Man Utd and Chelsea (a) then Arsenal at home. So we'll have a pretty big say in the race for 4th and title you would think

At least you won't have to worry about Suarez getting yet another hat-trick against you (sadly for us, neither will anyone else )
