First topic message reminder :

Always had Frampton winning this but certain things have changed my mind.........

1. Quigg looks big at the weight and his body work has improved ten-fold....
2. Frampton has fought pillow punchers like Molitor who he knows can't hurt him and can take liberties.. also was hit at will by Kiko Martinez...
3. Quigg has more chance of meaningful preparation with Hearn as Warren has so few stars ..he'll protect Frampton and probably halt his progress
4. Munroe showed just how much Quigg has matured....Subtle head movements, not wasting punches...
5. Mcguigan is in charge of Frampton and that means there could be trouble in camp as he's one of the most arrogant men in Boxing and his way will be the right way.......
6. Has a look of Govotkin about him.........
7. Joe Gallagher probably the best trainer in the Country If not the World at the moment..

Fancy Quigg to prevail all of a sudden..............If and when they meet probably two years from now............Hope he does too........

A bit premature to rating Gallagher as possibly the best in th world. Enzo calzaghe once had 3 world champs in his stable, cleverly as a prospect who holds a title and Gary lockett challenge for a world title. He even won trainer of the year. It's been a long time since someone has accused enzo of being a brilliant trainer.

I doubt Gallagher will ever achieve what enzo did. But saying that, I don't want to run down Gallagher, I think he is a very good trainer, any reason to be held above enzo, McCracken or ingle? Not that I can see yet anyway.

I never understood why being big at the weight was seen as a good thing, makes you look like your picking on smaller guys. Also re his footwork, did you see who he was fighting? i can beat a 1 legged man in the 100m doesnt mean Usain Bolt is fearful of me

TRUSSMAN66 wrote:2. Frampton has fought pillow punchers like Molitor who he knows can't hurt him and can take liberties.. also was hit at will by Kiko Martinez...

Molitor is a former world champ, dont believe Quigg ever has. He was hit by Martinez, yeah so we know he can take shots and still firwe his own, also how did that fight end?

TRUSSMAN66 wrote:3. Quigg has more chance of meaningful preparation with Hearn as Warren has so few stars ..he'll protect Frampton and probably halt his progress

Looking at Warrens track record its hard to ignore but if you look at Eddies stable Quigg isnt going to be top dog, also before the move Hearn ripped into Quigg about avoiding Frampton, how times change

TRUSSMAN66 wrote:4. Munroe showed just how much Quigg has matured....Subtle head movements, not wasting punches...

Munroe the old feather fisted bin man who was decont euro level champ and so far past it even the bin rounds were a stretch

Agree

TRUSSMAN66 wrote:6. Has a look of Govotkin about him.........

Disagree

TRUSSMAN66 wrote:7. Joe Gallagher probably the best trainer in the Country If not the World at the moment..

So good he is yet to have a world champion, destroyed John Murrays career by allowing Rios to beat him to a shell, always come up short at Domestic level. Also as someone else has said his guys always fight one way, once they step in with someone with movement (Groves, Selby) there face down. I dont even think hes the best trainer in Manchester, prefer Oliver Harrisson[/quote]

Always said Frampton and with the way he is KOing opponents and Quigg is being put on his Arse by no-bodies i see him sleeping before 5

He'll get the fighters once he's established and he is getting established..........Kronk didn't happen overnight..

Munroe is past it now...........

Molitor drew with Booth !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! who did he lose to easily????????????

Of course it's good being big at the weight..

just re-read that, didnt Booth lose? so to turn your own argument on yourself, Booth lost, he is Quiggs best win, Molitor who beat booth then gets wiped out by Frampton? Booth is a great win yet Molitor isnt??

No Munroe isnt, he lost his title shot, had a lay-off, then a p*ss poor performance before getting butted off Quigg first time round then another lay off before the 2nd bout. Booth then became a whipping boy after Quigg yet that is still a 'great win'. The way Sky go on about it you would think it eclipsed the Ali beating Foreman!

No im not Irish im actually from Bury, so dont throw 'your just being biased this way' even off camera Quigg sh**s himself at the mention of Frampton. I will ask you this, Gallagher says they dont want Frampton as he is behind Quigg, who is Euro and commonwealth champion? isnt that the next step in a fighters career? oh wait even though he holds better wins and higher belts he is behind us

Calm down..........I find it funny you rate a win over a guy that struggled with Booth.........Yet you have no time for a guy who destroyed Booth and Munroe.........

As for the butt..he would have been hammered that night ..but for it.....(pardon the pun)

No need for abuse.......kiddo...not my fault your argument sucks..

My Argument Sucks?

Molitor Vs Booth = Molitor Wins
Quigg takes on the loser = Wins - Great Win, the 2nd coming is here
Frampton takes on the winner = Wins - So what

Quigg takes on Munroe = Wins - Amazing
Framption takes on Martinez = Wins Via KO the only person to ever do that - Average

Frampton 16 fights - Euro and commonwealth champion
Quigg 26 fights - British champion

10 fights less and has beaten beter names and not been put on his arse by feather fisted Jabs.

Just reading that, yeah my argument sucks

There are lies...damned lies and statistics............

Berbick beat Ali....Berbick beats coked up unbeaten ranked number 1 at heavy by KO Pinklon Thomas..........

Tyson beats Berbick = Great win...

Don't think so..........Cool

Munroe beats Molitor let's face it!!..........Burns was destroyed by Quigg after a contentious defeat to Molitor...........who got battered before Frampton..

Who is Burns??

No Munroe doesnt beat Molitor, doesnt hit hard enough and not enough movement. If by Burns you mean Booth, the same Booth who after Molitor won a split against a no mark in Arthur, who Jabbed Quigg on his Arse, then got KO'd by Martinez before his fight with Quigg. Quiggs best win came against someone coming off a KO. You missed that bit out of your argument. Booth got KO'd by Martinez and then who did he get wiped out by? The guy who makes Quigg have nightmares

I praise the fact that in his 16th Fight he won the Euro belt by Knocking out a tough Veteran who himself was on a winning streak (including a KO over Booth)

Yeah he lost to Munroe years ago in what if i remember was a close fight and could have been called a draw, then fought again and lost. Munroe was Euro level at best

In your list you 'poo poo' the Molitor win, bottom line Molitor beat Booth who many regard as Quiggs best win. Frampton beat Molitor with ease

I'm suggesting that Booth being devastated by Quigg is a better performance than Molitor sneaking a contentious win..........SKy had it even I believe..

Therefore suggesting the kudos you give Frampton for beating Molitor are misplaced....

Also the credit you give Frampton for Kiko is misplaced because Quigg-victim Munroe already beat him..

Yeah i do get it, but how is Kudos for Frampton misplaced? Molitor was a former world champion. Quigg beating booth was better than Molitur beating Booth? yes i will agree, but Molitor being Stopped by Frampton was even better. Also Munroe sneaked a contentious win over Martinez (first time) Frampton Destroyed Martinez. The martinez stoppage was better than the Booth stoppage. Booth quit, he was too old and past it, Martinez went out on his Arse

Booth did and still drew with Molitor on one card and SKY's card........Molitor then lost to Ndlovu...........and then Frampton....

Don't know why you are on Quigg's case so much..

Munroe and Booth...........are equal If not better than Kiko and a losing-powder puff Molitor..

Not on his case, just proving a point whilst disproving yours.

Munroe and Booth are equal if not better than Kiko and Molitor, despite Molitor beating Booth and Kiko KOing Booth?

If you want to back track you can, i will be classy and say you fought your corner

Bottom line is Molitor beat Booth, yes he lost to Ndlovu also, but he still beeat Booth. Munroe lost to a guy who Anthony Crolla beat! If Munroe was the best at the time how come he didnt get any of the 4 world belts on offer?
