International Cricket Captain 2013
Now available, had the 2 day trial and decided to buy the full version.
File with Somerset, managed to hold off relegation from CC and rebuilding my side.
I find 2020's quite hard to get going if you're chasing a big total and usually manage 150 or so.

I barely played the last version as I thought it was a load of .... rubbish.
This ones alright, got to get the hang of one day and 2020 matches though. Finding it hard to restrict teams, although that may just be because of Somerset's bowling attack.

Re: International Cricket Captain 2013
It frustrates me, this game.
I always buy the new version - mainly for the updated teams and stats - but very little changes each year. I appreciate that it's low budget but to use the exact same commentary is just lazy, in my opinion.
Gameplay hasn't really changed either, although it tells you that close fielding is improved. Perhaps it is, but I haven't recognised it.
Agree re: T20, it is nigh on impossible to set or chase a truly big score.
It's always worth getting for the £15.99 price as it does provide hours of simple entertainment (and by us lot buying it, perhaps allowing for greater investment in future versions), but it hasn't progressed anywhere near as much as I'd hoped. There is real scope to improve this game unrecognisably, but I guess that'll take money first and foremost.

Always buy these on the iPad. Think they're £6.99, hours of entertainment.

I find that Cricket Coach has overtaken Cricket Captain in recent years. Though not as 'polished' (and slightly more crashprone) it has far more gameplay options including with Associate teams and domestic teams around the world.
