Re: Twitter
I have had Shane Williams tweet me to say that Ref is the hardest of all the positions.
I have asked him who he thinks the greatest winger of all time is now! What do you think he will say?

Re: Twitter
Just to keep you updated, James Haskell tweeted me earlier after I had sent him the greatest ever Flanker poll.
He hasnt given me his answer yet though.

Re: Twitter
Hobo, I mentioned it in the pub last night but in case you missed it it's probably worth asking @jedthian for a re-tweet. The Jedi runs the Alternate Rugby Commentary and will be on the BBC's red button coverage of Wales vs Baabaas.

Re: Twitter
Here’s are some rugby players who seem to be addicted to twitter (can’t access twitter in work so can’t give you their usernames).
Cian Healy, Jamie Heaslip, Cory Jane, James O’Connor, Quade Cooper. Also, Rory McElroy loves Ulster rugby, if you asked him to retweet an article about Ulster it would go to a lot of people.

@McIlroyRory
Its funny when I was looking for him, I thought that Rory McElroy is very similar to Rory McIlroy! I thought they were different people and that the suggestion was a rugby player!
Re: Twitter
I think we tried McIlroy before and he didn't reply.

There's a few more O's players on Twitter too....they're probably following each other so once you get one (I notice Ian Gough) you might get the others.

I once met the sister of a man who cut Paul Burrills hair, who buttled for Lady Di.

Re: Twitter
According to Donnacha O'Callaghan, Twitter has ruined the tradition of the team bus:
"They've ruined the team bus. Before we would have stories and songs or we'd make fellas who had a fight kiss and make up. Now everyone is just busy tweeting and there are no chats on the bus any more. Players just tell me I'm not handy enough to use Twitter which is probably the case. Tommy Bowe is a disaster but at least he's got a bit of wit. There was a 24 hour Twitter ban after the Scotland match and I was like 'Can we drag it out longer please?'.."
