Can't see any value in that deal for me mate.
Who else in my squad interests you. Could get Botha and others involved.

Re: London Irish
Fourie and Deacon need similar to evans which seems unlikely.
Monye needs slightly less not sure what I'd do though.
Worsley hmmm I could lose. Depends what you offer. Sorry too tired to think of offers

Re: London Irish
Trouble is I would really need at least one English player coming back, because I can't really lose two players who would be there for me during the WC, without getting one Eng player back - anything for Tait?

Re: London Irish
I wouldn't have him that high myself, think the magners is a pretty poor league. He is a good scrummy though, good basics. I'm guessing you don't see a deal for him if you rate him that high lol.
Ojo has had a canny season, good to see him back in England reckoning. I'd take him above JSD as his defensive frailties will be a nightmare at full Int level. Some good wingers coming through though...Sharples etc.

Re: London Irish
I'm strugglish to think of deal involving those two and AAC as he plays FB & 13 for me normally.
Give me a list of players you're interested in and I'll see what I can do. Would you do something along the lines of:
Classens + ? for Dupey + ?
Good signing in Basson mate, looks a talent.

Re: London Irish
That's not a good start lol. Rate Dupey over Classens but AAC plays FB and 13 so would be like losing 2 players in one.
Give me a list of players the gain could be or:
Classens + Fitzgerald/Hipkiss
Dupey + JP/Bast
???

Wouldn't include AAC for Dupey mate. I Can't lose a WC player for somebody who's not even International standard, we tried!

Re: London Irish
I'd really struggle to lose AAC I think mate unless somebody like Foden/Beale came my way. He's quality in so many positions...everybody has their price but his is high due to his flexibility, same with JOC.
That sounds reasonable, I could work around that.
How about:
Claassans + Benjamin
Dupey + Tait

Be interesting if Armitage gets much game time - think JJ could be one of the stars of the tournament if I'm honest, do you think he will start most games for LI next season?

Re: London Irish
It'll be like a new sighning for you fella!
It looks like a deal swayed Pete's way but you're taking the hit early with Maps going to Japan I doubt many will rate him post WC. See Botha/Schofiled pretty close really, both good level AP standard players but Botha younger.

Schofield had a great finish to the season, he was Toulon's best lock for the latter half. Don't think loads watch T14 though so makes sense mate.

Re: London Irish
Schofield is a very good player. he really does a job. Still think Botha will be a good signing though. He is a great worker although why he insists on carrying the ball so much when he is no good at it does mystify me.
Botha has a better chance of going to the WC than Attwood for me. He is tougher and more consistent at this point in time
