With regards to the bench work.

When i was playing rugby as a 16/17 year old i got told i needed to bulk up and hadn't been instructed how to properly so naturally assumed the bench press was the way forward and would spend the majority of my gym time doing it.

When i could bench 180kg , i suffered a lot of arm (Biceps mainly) pain because of the pressure on it. I had to hold off it and since then the most i'v done it 150kg.

If you want to get into some serious bench work you have to look at all other parts of your body as it affects more than just the chest area.

A lad who plays rugby at Seaton done a load of chest work and now gets really bad back pain so it's really worth doing the research first.

Franks isn't being rated as highly as I'd like as a TH. Afoa only needs a few bad games in HC for people to liken him to Ben Broster of a few seasons ago and Kieran Brookes is very raw.

I'd forgotten Nel is moving to Edinburgh and that does make him worth keeping for you I suppose.

Could get Crockett involved as well? Think he'd be seen as a better LH than Shiells and Stevens.
