You have to pick a 23-man squad that would compete in the English Premier League.
To select your squad, I will allow you to pick one player from each Premier League team, plus 3 players from another English league (any of the Championship, League One or League Two).
To clarify, you may select just one player from each team for your squad.

Alright guys, here's what I want. We need to work out who the best players are from each team, so let's go through all the teams, find the quality and then we can build a squad from there. Re: Team Fergie
Can i suggest using 2 of the 3 outside of PL as GK's like Julio Cesar/Kasper Schmeichel & Have a spare midfield/forward in McCarthy or Austin, Could also look at more players with PL experience.

Re: Team Fergie
I like that idea Nando, I definitely want some young talent in the side, thinking of Calum McManaman and Will Hughes. But we don't know where the holes are in the squad. I would prefer to go through all the teams first and find their best players, get a strong XI sorted first.

Re: Team Fergie
Could be a difficult to do this as if you do all attack up from then your going to weak at the back, might be worth saying
Arsenal/Citeh/Liverpool - Back 4+ Midfield
Spurs/Man Utd/Chelsea - Midfield + Forward.
Are we going to differ from the standard 4-2-3-1?

Re: Team Fergie
4-2-3-1 is how we have to be playing it I think.
I would prefer Baines and Clyne as full backs in your idea Gregers, and it's too attacking.
I'm close to something, will post soon...

Re: Team Fergie
Nando I deliberately chose Kompany and Ivanovic in defense as you said, and Wilshere over Cazorla/Walcott.
Suarez, Bale, RVP are must haves. There's just nobody at those clubs who are anywhere near as good. Unless anyone rates Cleverley as highly as I do

Personally id swap Al Habsi for Speroni & Campana for James McCarthy. Also seems a bit light in the centre of midfield.

Yes I agree with that Nando.
What about taking out Ben Arfa for Cabaye in a straight swap? Cope with three wingers?

Okay yes I agree, maybe a line or two for each player. Since it's just us two I'll take the top half (GK + DEF) if you do the second half (MID + ST)
It'll have to be tomorrow though?

Marky, quick critique of the squad please? Any glaring weaknesses?
Same question to anyone else who is online.
And please can you write up the tactics that'd be great.

The rest of the side is as I posted above, with the formation also shown.
Marky, please can you write a set of tactics and talk about playing style.
Nando, please can you put a line together for each player about why we've picked them.
Hero/Gregers/Cherries (if you show up) please assist where possible.
Please have it all up by Sunday midday so I can edit it and then I'll have it up the following day. I'll try to pop in when I can but I have a busy week.

I think the weekend to most people means Saturday and Sunday.
I want to read it before it's posted. I'm not having stuff I've not approved going up, and if the deadline is tomorrow then it would be too late in any case. I'm asking if you can do the work tonight. As the deadline is tomorrow morning, it needs to be done
When can you have it done by?

Ruiz is in, Hangeland out Figueroa and Ivanovic can cover CB anyway so we're good there.

Deadline (as Azzy realised his mistake) is Tuesday, if not Wednesday. If you want to read it before it's posted and you can't wait, write it yourself, or stop being power mad. Use your head. Stop panicking etc.

I'd be an awful PM if allowed parts of the submission to be done without overseeing it. Azzy has changed it now but previously gave no indication that he would.
I want a side with decent players defensively as well, and I think we have more than enough quality in attack with Bale, Suarez, RVP. If i fall onto the sword for that, so be it.
