Fights to bet on and win
I like a flutter on the odd fight. Here (in my humble opinion) are some potentially money making fights.
Matthysse to KO Garcia. Currently best odds are 4/6 but not all books are out. If you get a sniff of evens, jump on it.
Haye to KO Fury 1-6 currently 6/4. Again, more books to come but that is decent IMO as it will happen.
Mayweather UD over Canelo. I see this as almost certain. If those odds are decent (none out at mo) jump on them
Arreola to KO Mitchell. Mitchell is a sitting duck
Marquez to KO Bradley. New JMM likely takes advantage of Bradley having just been beaten half senseless in Provodnikov fight. That's if Marquez holds up at 40 the way he did v Pac
Pascal to KO Bute. This depends on how Pascal's injuries hold up, but if he is fit, Bute gets pancaked.
Stevenson KO Cloud. Cloud is there to be hit all day long. If Stevenson lands bombs early then I see another KO.
What do you guys think? I know this is a bit prediction leaguesque, but trying to see what people like a little flutter on

Some good ones there, which means, Fury produces the biggest shock ever, and survives until the 8th, Marquez gets old overnight, Stevenson turns out to be a one dimensional plodder etc. etc.

I'm sure to a lot of people Haye, Money & Vlad are nailed on so evens for the treble might be a tempter.

Think Haye takes out Fury in 3.
I don't see pascal stopping Bute, think Bute wins a decision. Pascal doesn't have anywhere near the intensity of Froch and whilst Marquez beats Bradley, I think it is on points.

A lot of people betting on an early Haye KO are voting based on their emotional dislike for Fury. Haye will win but not within three rounds. Haye is too caution to lash into Fury who at this stage is better than the Audley's and Chisora's of this world.

Fury is around the same level as Chisora but without the pressure and durability. Haye could in theory knock him out at any point.

I like them all. Pascal is the only one I wouldn't touch. It's been such a while since he's fought, and I'm not sure what kind of shape he's in/what sharpness he has.

Re: Fights to bet on and win
Those odds for Haye look amazing.
I love a bet and was doing extremely well on boxing (something like £700 up in the past three years) but have had a nightmare this year. £65 down and counting (as you can see, I'm no Herb Lambeck, nor a high roller).
Lost money on all sorts this year (Cleverly most recently). Since switching to smaller bets (out of fear of losing mainly) I couldn't hit a barn door with a shovel.
To win in this racket you need disposable income and mustn't be afraid to keep going. I let Thompson over Price (by knockout) go because I'd lost a couple beforehand.

Chisora gets overrated on here because he's a competitive loser.
Fury is better now than when he fought Chisora and I would expect him to win no matter how good a shape Chis turned up in.

Don't know strongback. I think chisora beats Fury with a bit to spare. Fury HATES being pressured from what we can see as his footwork is an absolute shambles. Chisora, in shape, would work the body and beat him up i feel. I think a UD by around 4 rounds.

Re: Fights to bet on and win
Also what are the odds on a treble for:
Haye beats Fury
Mayweather beats Alvarez
JMM beats Bradley
wont hold me hopes up for "great odds" but i reckon would be decent...ish...

Re: Fights to bet on and win
The first two would be an interesting double. I'd bet my left leg on that coming off (the bet, not the leg).mobilemaster8 wrote:Also what are the odds on a treble for:

I'm confident on your first four picks Sean. After that I'm not so sure.
I'm hoping all the casuals will put money on Fury and Garcia.
