Marker.

Well played this weekend CJB , had a horrible feeling in my gut that you'd pinch the win.

No thanks mate. Not sure what you mean with the Amos has youth on his side comment. Escande is 20, and wills till be academy aged next season as well. I'll stick with him mate, not wanting to add anything to it as don't want to be doing big deals at this stage, only minor squad tweaks.

"Tomkins, Mullan, Lahiff, Crane, Visser, McFadden, Smith, LCD, Jackson "

Tomkins would either need Allen or Burrell and good gain
Mullen, probably need Healy involved tbh with EQ back
Lahiff, need EQ somewhere
Crane - Haskell, Kitch, Allen, Burell??
Visser - similar quiality either wing or other position
McFadden - Same again, who've you got?
Smith - Needs World class somewhere in a deal
LCD - I don't have, I have TCD
Jackson - Similar quality or youth

Allen > Tomkins. Something with Burrell perhaps - Rate Tomkins higher than Allen and much higher than Burrell

Lahiff what EQ? Rimmer? reeves? Neither of those

Smith deal could include Hogg/Davies with a gain elsewhere potentially. I rate Smith as only behind North in wings, true world class.

Ben Smith + Tomkins

JD + Burrell

?

Jackson in deals with Horne/Beck/Biggar? Not really as Jackson is academy aged, would need a good gain on those involving academy, possibly Hill?

Visser and McFadden just suggesting people could be novices in bigger deals maybe.

Interesting in Healy, Hibbard, Kubs, Whitelock, Romano, Kitch, Haskell, Lobbe, Wiggles, Parra, JD, Allen, North, Hogg.

How about McFadden for Henry?

Mate I'm not sure I follow your logic quibbling about who's younger when they are both so young. Yes Amos is 2 years younger, and therefore two years behind in development and therefore ability to be selected in this game. As I said, no worries, am happy keeping Escande who will get T14 and Heino action this year.

Jackson is a full Int, no comparison to Patchell. How about:

Ben Smith + Tomkins + Jackson + McFadden

JD + Burrell + Patchell + Henry

You get a big gain in Jackson and Henry/McFadden is close but I'm desperate for a 7

"I'd need a gain on the Tomkins + Smith deal tbh"

I'm a bit lost, I gave you Jackson for Patchell on top which is a pretty huge gain(2nd best Irish FH for Patchell??) and you you said I'm bigging up Tomkins??

I don't like Tomkins but others rate him highly, he's second choice 13 for England.

I'm pretty sure Ben Smith would improve your line up, he's prob only behind North in wings and can play FB/12/13.

Anyway, shall we start again?

Who've you got avaialble and who are you interested in? I like:

Hibbard, Healy, Kich, Whitelock, Lobbe, Haskell, Pocock, Henry, Kaino, Parra, Wiggles, JD, Burrell, North.

1. Have we hit a brick wall with JD then? Taking out Henry maybe??? Thats 2 gains to my one and big gains too.

Ben Smith + Tomkins + Jackson

JD + Burrell + Patchell

2. Suggest something if this isn't a goer.

3. Is there anything with Burrell/Hopper?

4. Anything with any of the other players? (Tomkins needs JD).

I've lost squad to improve 1st XV, I needed a top Int hook. You've improved backup, win win deal!
