Don't be such a big baby Laurie. I'm clearly making fun of GE. Hopefully he can take a joke.aucklandlaurie wrote:

When you tell everyone NZ are the best in the world in the America's cup and boast how at 8-1 up its too easy you must admit its pretty funny to see them lose.

At 8-1 up surely the NZ crew should have attempted a drop-goal to seal the win.

Utter garbage Guns and germs, you only engage in calling New Zealanders "Chokers" to be hurtful, how on Earth can that be a joke?GunsGerms wrote:Don't be such a big baby Laurie. I'm clearly making fun of GE. Hopefully he can take a joke.aucklandlaurie wrote:

Team NZ were leading 8-1 and only had to win one more.....and ended up losing 8-9. If that's not a choke then it's pretty close to one. Incidentally the trophy was lifted by an Aussie skipper for team USA, 30 years to the day Australia 2 first won the AC and in doing so broke the longest winning sequence in the history of sport - 132 years.
Oh, and Jake White bailed on the Brumbies today with years left on his contract. Says he was homesick but he was rather p*ssed at missing out on the Wallaby job and now is throwing his toys out the sandpit and going home.

Stop feeling sorry for yourself. You are always sniffing around Brian O'Driscoll threads to see what digs you can get in. Does the America's cup really mean that much to you?aucklandlaurie wrote: Utter garbage Guns and germs, you only engage in calling New Zealanders "Chokers" to be hurtful, how on Earth can that be a joke?

Re: America's cup - Updates
Its only funny because of GE constants references to how good NZ are at the America's cup. Otherwise no one on the rugby board would care I'm sure.ebop wrote:Laugh it up girls

Sorry guys...
Text to my Mum this morning: "Feel so sorry for you - unbelievable!"
Her reply: "Devastated!"
Commiserations Laurie. The Yanks must have installed an invisible propeller after 8-1. Just doesn't add up...
