Because it was suggested that it didn't work ATM as Olly didn't get time to post up the tactics. Would be ridiculous not to change it just for the sake of waiting til the season end.

It was mentioned and talked about on the main page over 3 days, during which all managers had appeared and posted, and all managers who commented, agreed, which was over 3 quarters. I did ask someone to take responsibility for passing on the message on to all managers but clearly noone wanted to and that is something that I should have just done myself.

I dont understand why it is a big deal.if anyone is late, we are not exactly enforcing the new deadline strictly this week, just trying to move to it to improve the process.

And we didn't even agree on the new transfer cut off so you can still even play Rivière as far as I am concerned.

It was an Ipswich fan on some facebook page "Ipswich/Norwich banter" or something. Called him "Monkey Hughton".

Tactics will be going up tomorrow afternoon anyways, got 4 lessons tomorrow devastating news. Next Friday only have 2 though, pure bliss

Like I said, we are just trying to move to a smoother process and not to catch people out, which is why we are more relaxed about the deadline this week.

It would be good if everyone could submit today as it will help oil the wheels, but we aren't going to take off goals or deny bonuses if they aren't in until tomorrow.

Voting is unchanged as the idea was to also give more voting time and many wouldn't vote on a weekend anyway
