So with a few games already played its already showing to be an interesting season. I can see a massive change on teams defence this season. Additionally with every team knowing that whatever happens with the European saga its likely their final league placement will matter this year, is having a real impact on the league in terms of styles. Physicality watching most sides has been impressive already and I really don't know how the season will end. Glasgow are going to be a real handful all season long. Right behind them the Irish (as usual) are putting in strong shifts. Welsh sides look a little slow out of the blocks (with the exception being the Ospreys who are still fairly well placed), and probably lack some strength if injuries strike. I am impressed with the intensity of the league but wonder if we will lose some of the attacking flair of sides from recent years. Glad to see my team the Dragons playing well but my early season predictions already looking a bit iffy. I have to say the competition in this league is really improving though.

How do you view the early start to the season? What sides can improve or will improve? Will a big focus on defences change the attacking style and development of players in the league? Is there any side impressing that probably shouldn't or is there a side that are not performing quite as well as they should?
