No interest in knight or sharman. Looks
Like knight will not make it as top flight player. Nowhere near first team at glos and looking for game time in div 3.
Gray looking like an England player so keeping him

Re: Sale Sharks
Johnny I am a knight fan just know he has been offered around to a few clubs. It's tough as a young tight head you want them to get experience yet don't want to play them. Knight went well in nz and always looks a prospect

I know mate, such a shame he didn't make world cup as it would have allowed Youngs to recover and who knows what could have happened with two quality scum halfs.

Re: Sale Sharks
did you see that Sam Tomkins had signed a new contract with Wigan until 2016 and for the first 3 years he can't talk to union clubs? Perhaps there is a way round this with the new link up with Wigan and Sarries though?

He'd make a cracking 13 I think if he had a big, powerful 12 inside him. Shame he signed the contract, I really thought his brother moving to Sarries would see him jump ship too.
Did you see his offload at the weekend, magical!

Tobias is good but like Jody Rose both from SA I think. Both mid 20s I believe so too old for the academy.

Re: Sale Sharks
I didnt know that Steven, thought that they were young upstarts - no wonder you beat the Saints pack, who I think has an average age of 20 last night! They had one old backrower who was 28 otherwise all u20 apart from James Craig.
The Saints bcakline was pretty poor though!

Re: Sale Sharks
SJE - sorry but I hadnt seen any PM's at all from you, my PM box is usually quite high in capacity so likely that it did not get through, as certainly haven't had any additional information from you on Harrison at all.
I didn't know all the details about him when I rejected your bid at all, mainly because I read the same story as you and would have also bid for him - but am sure he still is a NZ'er as hasnt got a UK passport so you wouldnt have been able to have brought him over and that's the reason I didnt bid at him at the time.
All my information on Harrison now comes from the next door neighbour of Keith Barwell (owner of Saints) - he's told me they signed Harrison up ages and ages ago and agreed to let him finish his schooling in NZ - you see him mentioned from October onwards because this is when he broke into the 'A' team.
I'm not trying to mess you about with him, certainly not cheating and just following what has happened in real life with him.

Re: Sale Sharks
SJE I would have responded to you if I read your PM - I havent had a PM form you and if you choose not to believe me that is your decision.
I haven't done anything wrong in all of this, so feel free to mock the Calum Clark turnover stats - it's up to you.
I've said I wasnt going to bid for Harrison, so you are free to get him - though Driver told my on PM it would take at least £7m for me to buy him, so would assume that it would be the same for you.
Not trying to cause an issue - he is clearly a Saints Academy player in real life - I put him in my academy when I found out more about him. Wont discuss this anymore.

TIGERS vs GLASGOW
Leicester Tigers
Manager – LukeLovesLuka
16. Andrew Sheridan 17. Stephen Moore 18. Jonny Harris 19. Samu Manoa 20. Jordan Crane 21. Chris Cusiter 22. Brian O'Driscoll 23. Rob Miller
Tactics
GENERAL:
- Game is built around our powerful setpiece, intelligent midfield and flying back three. We will use the scrum and lineout as weapons.
- Attack the lineout as much as we can using the tactical kicking of Wilkinson and Twelvetrees. A.Brown to lead, supported by Horwill and Hines.
- Call for scrums when we can if we are getting the advantage we expect to. Waldrom to look for pick and drive from the base.
- Look to Waldrom, Horwill, Hines, Pocock, Franks and Johnston to give us real go-forward with their carrying.
- Use Waldrom off the shoulder of the half back's crashing down the 10/12 channel.
- Pocock is the man charged with reaching the breakdown first, securing first phase possession for us and pilfering the possession of Glasgow. We will always look to attack quickly off turnover ball.
- Wilkinson and Twelvetrees are given license to play the game as they sees it. We do ask that they use our lineout ability to put pressure on Glasgow, so a kicking game will be employed, but if they sees an opportunity to attack out wide - that is their call.
- Our back three are encouraged to do what they do best - counter attacking and running the ball back. All have good boots to rely on if it isn't on or they are isolated, but the counter is what we ask them to look for.
- Early on Wilkinson to kick all penalites within range, but we won't necessarily go for the 3 points as the game progresses. Horwill to make the call dependant on the success of the lineout.

Bell looks handy. Would have started 10 for the England under 20's last night I believe. Only young.
Jennings has played a few games for Sedgley park who are national 1 this year but looks to good for that level so I expect him to go to Leeds next year as well unless he really kicks on.
Good academy at Sale at the moment. Brady made some very good breaks yesterday in a game not for wingers.
