Dragons V Leinster
First topic message reminder :
Well......
Dragons lose 1 player (Faletau) to the Wales Squad. (ok 2 then Coombs also)
Leinster lose EIGHTEEN. (Count 'em) If the Dragons can't win this one at home..........
Hard to make too much of a stab at a team but here goes.
O'Connell
Dundon
Bent
Roux
Denton
Ryan
Jennings
Ruddock
Cooney
Gopperth
Tuqiri
Goodman
Macken
Fitzgerald
Kirchner
Tracy
Dooley
Furlong
Marshall
Gilsenan
Mcgrath
Reid
Fanning
Lots of Academy players and a couple of NIQs returning from injury (Hopefully)

A bit of fun surely? He couldn't take a bit of crowd trickery and tom-foolery? How can booing be "BAD" and "unsporting", mate?Luckless Pedestrian wrote:Ireland v Wales, Lansdowne Road, 1976. The booing of Allan Martin as he lines up a penalty for Wales is so bad that Nigel Starmer-Smith mentions the 'unsporting jeers.'
The Welsh are always complaining about other fans being loud, and jeering and interrupting the kickers and all... but they're no saints themselves, just look at last week's game between the poor Leinster lads and the jeering Dragons!
You get what I'm doing here? I'm sending a Paraphrase ball that's usually thrown at us back at you across the net with topspin on it
Undoubtedly, I'll get the ball back now with slice..... this legendary tennis set is still being played and we're all out of bananas: "You did it to us and then you say we did it to youz, coz you did it to us, when we did it to youz. - So there!"

Ah but who served, Fly? Can anyone remember?
Someone should move that skeleton from the umpire's chair.

Who served? Hmmmmm........................ How the hell should I know? I haven't watched tennis since the good old days when McEnroe used to break his rackets across Umpire's heads. Now thems the old days...when gentlemen were gentlemen.Luckless Pedestrian wrote:Ah but who served, Fly? Can anyone remember?

I don't shout the cheat thing, but things get pretty bad for that to be shouted. I guess shouting incompetent is too many syllables.
I will however admit to encouraging a touch judge to get involved in a game and not to be so passive. To be fair a lot of what goes on could be picked up if a touch judge didn't just watch the game as a mere spectator.

I couldn't find an Irish girl who wanted to roide me. That's why I voted yes to the Lisbon treaty.

They could sing 'you're so incompetent' to the opera tune they use for 'Jose Mourinho' (or 'sit down Mourinho', or worse).
