How come the haka is allowed to be used in nz? When the white man has oppressed native people for so long.

I think rugby is a white mans sport like paper is a yellow man's thing to write on.
The English didn't invent paper or written language but they still use both.
Maori were oppressed in NZ but have never given up the fight (never surrendered either). So they kept the haka which has now been embraced by most of the country. We're a very cosmopolitan liberal accepting country now. That's why so many Brits keep choosing to migrate here every year. Also may be they want their children to be allowed to do the haka.
