Boxing in Vegas
Just had some good news from my work that I will be at an event in Vegas from the 2nd-5th of May.
Now I know that a certain boxing weekend falls around this time so would be looking to get tickets.
does anyone know the rough prices for a Mr. Mayweather fight in May? Really would like to take my chance to see him fight if I can.
Im hoping its Khan now because you know a KO could be on the cards!
Any way as i say if anyone's been or has any idea of ticket prices it would be much appreciated.
cheers!

Not sure, going myself in September when he's also meant to fight.
I reckon you would easily pay £200 but would need to get in quick as they'll go soon after release.

Good few years since I made my one and only visit but the prices were not ridiculous as the casinos make their money at the tables so do not take the slash. Unless things have changed greatly they are certainly on a par with what you would expect to pay for a decent fight over here.

Who can put a price on Watching Lindsey Lohan attempt to glass Danny DeVito's wife whilst Justin Beiber cowers in terror behind 50 Cent?

Re: Boxing in Vegas
A few of my mates went in the Hatton days and generally paid less than for one of his fights over here.
Vegas is fantastic though. Plus you don't need to be in to gambling, I'm not and there is still loads to see and do. Definitely recommend a trip to the Grand Canyon. Not cheap but worth every penny. Also try the sky jump off the Stratosphere hotel. Brilliant fun.

Obviously a better thing to do if you are there with your missus but the restaurant at the top of the Stratosphere is well worth going, particularly at night, the restaurant rotates so you get to look over the strip all lit up. The food is alright as well.
If you're not going with the missus just go the the strippers instead.

Would've thought one of our highly paid admin team would set an example to the younger members of the forums.

Brave man Spencer , i was absolutely petrified doing the big shot on top.
I'd love to do a big fight in Vegas, looking less likely in the near future with new baby boy in the house, I missed Pacquaio v Diaz by a couple of weeks when I was over there , only boxing on show was Chris Byrd fighting hardly the experience you want for your first Vegas fight, as Brits do we went for all you can eat buffet instead.
Cheers Rodders

Suspect you'll have to pay extra if you're wanting them to do that.

Re: Boxing in Vegas
My mates were in Vegas for the Manny vs Bradley fight. One of them had just won 7k in the casino so decided to get a brass back to his room. She charged him $1000 dollars. When he refused she threatened to get her pimp to 'bust a cap in his ass' (or something American) and/or cry r*pe so he paid. Very expensive and apparently she wasn't even very nice.

I imagine the sex would've been awkward after she said she would cry r*pe....
