Re: Questions for Paddy Barnes.
You've hinted that you would consider going pro if the right offer came along, any further thoughts on that?
You have been known to wear your heart on your sleeve where judges have been harsh towards you. Looking back on those incidents do you have any regrets that you showed your disappointment in the ring?
We have seen you training with Katie Taylor and doing drills together. Have you spent much time sparring with Katie and did her talent ever surprise you?
We know you are close friends with Carl Frampton, what do you think of his career and does it tempt you to go pro?
Have you any good anecdotes involving yourself and Carl as young men?

Re: Questions for Paddy Barnes.
Which of your 2 bronze medals was the hardest to win? Beijing, with having to deal with a completely different culture or London with the added pressure?
Having clashed with zou shiming a fair few times in your career do you feel he will make an impact in the pro game and if so how far can he go?
Is the WSB helping to bridge the gap between amateur and pro boxing? Do you prefer no head guard?
What one thing can the pro game learn from the amateur game?
Which non pro from history would you have loved to have fought?
Will you be going to Rio?
What's your biggest knock back in boxing?
Cheers Paul!

Re: Questions for Paddy Barnes.
You've signed with Dolce and Gabbana Italian Thunder for this year in the WSB, when is your first bout?
Belfast had four boxers through to the last 16 in the World Championships, why does the city produce so many good fighters?
When at major tournaments, do you socialise much with boxers from other nations or do you stick with the Irish lads?
You boxed at 52kg at the World Champions, are you having problems making 49kg?
This could well be Ireland's strongest ever squad, who would you say is the most talented?
There are rumours that John Joe Nevin's management team, Greenblood, are interested in signing you. Is there any truth in this?
What more would you like to see the Irish Sports Council do to help the Irish squad, funding aside?

Haven't seen it yet, mate. Really been struggling to watch any WSB at the moment due to work and other commitments. Gonna give a watch over the weekend if I get a bit of free time. Cuba are ridiculously strong. Only lost three fights all season or something similar. First time you've watched, Spencer?

Re: Questions for Paddy Barnes.
Yeah first time. Cuba v mexico this week I believe. The cubans look great. I'd been meaning to watch it for ages as I know you recommended it but never got around to it. Makes you realise you don't always need the biggest names you just need decent match ups. Not sure if im about this week to watch it but definitely will catch it again soon. Keeping an eye out for the Italians for another week.
