What a shame. He was a very versatile all round actor, but of course, he will be mostly remembered for his role as Trigger in Only Fools and Horses.
Will Dave be invited to the funeral..?

Re: See Ya Dave!
Roger Lloyd-Pack was definitely a master of the art of comic timing. Perfectly demonstrated in both Only Fools and Vicar of Dibley.
His father, Charles Lloyd-Pack, was a stalwart of British tv and cinema from the 1950s until his death in the early 1980s, typically playing the role of a doctor or a judge in many productions. His daughter, Emily Lloyd, is a fine actress although sadly her roles in recent years have been limited due to health issues. Hope she will be able to continue further the family tradition and follow in her father's treasured footsteps.

Re: See Ya Dave!
Trigger "I've had this broom for 20 years"
Rodney "Wow, thats 2 decades"
Trigger "Well I would'nt go that far"
Very funny.
The scene with him and Del in the bar, when Del says easy trigg, easy, then falls dwn throught the bar, has to be one of the all time greats.

Trigger - "Us road-sweepers have a saying, 'Look after your broom'"
Rodney - "And your broom will look after you?"
Trigger - "No Dave, it's just 'look after your broom'"
Classic. God bless you Trigger, rest peacefully Roger Lloyd-Pack

Re: See Ya Dave!
The infamous wine bar scene has another lovely line earlier when Del tells Trigger that the secret to chatting up the women is to talk about money. There's a pause and Trigger says loudly, "I found one of those of five pence pieces the other day!"
There's also the scene in the Nag's head when Rodney and Cassandra walk in after a day out a Hampton Court.
Trigger - "Dave, did you find you way out of the maze at Hampton Court, then?"
Rodney - "No, I'm still in there, Trig."
