That guy FootballLight wants in too. With Trebs leaving there is a replacement. Although I have my suspictions its Azzy.

Im in/out depending on how we do it. If its like the league we are currently doing im out.

I was looking to set one up with help from other & change/alter few things. This will be up for discussion with everyone.

Also with the Realistic League seemingly folded I think there is potential to get more managers in but it would have to be more realistic which I for one prefer.

I don't think there's too much reason to change this style, it makes it unique and has been a success IMO.

One thing I will say is no bonuses for people who don't vote properly, have been too lenient this season for people who vote with scores and no feedback.

Marky, I think changes are needed to the voting system. Too bias on who likes who right now. Flavour of the month are OP compared to a seasoned vet.

That's not a change to the voting system, that's changing people's perception of players. How do you change a voting system based on opinion to factor in whether they are over or under rated, which is in itself an opinion.

With the voting system, I think its too much/long of a process.

Re player ratings, something is required to level it out. Its unrealistic to have Mr Good for Four Games rated better than Mr Good for Two Seasons. (examples).
Some of the hype caused just to boost a player nearly always over the top most of the time.
Dont get me twisted, if you have a form player smashing it week in week out consistently at a high level I get his rating will rise. But you cant have Mr Two Three Amazing matches but does nothing for six matches being rated the same. A lot of that goes on here & it leads everyone to jump on the bandwagon (myself too) just to keep up then it become set as a standard.
Im also unsure on how it works with players who IRL are killing it in say...Scottich league or Portuguese league, yet they can magically blend in with with BPL, La Liga, Bundesliga stars & be rated just as good or better. Thats not realistic IMO.

Im not really intrested in a fantasy league, more realistic is to my preference.

Then join a Realistic league. There's the Realistic League, that died on it's arse, then there's the Euro Division.

Same process always happens with Realistic leagues. Manager wants realism. Gets realism. Complains when he can't sign world class players unrealistically.

I joined the Realistic League, siged a few players & started rebuilding Baggies but it seems to have folded now.

Ive never complained about not getting world class players.

OK, this discussion could go on for a while so I think it would be easier to say for now I wont be taking a team in the league.
Once the finer details are discussed & confirmed about it then I will confirm a decision.
Even if not part im happy to help run things though.

Yeah I messaged FootballLight the other day saying he can have a place in the new league as Trebs is leaving.

Who is LRF? Ive never been in a league with him too. The name rings a bell from JA606 tho.

I'm not interested in taking part, there's the other league which looks to be over, if I were you I'd try to find away to bridge the two leagues.

I would make a few changes, the main one is with lawyers and something to force more deals. Nobody wants to sell a player in-house as they can go into lawyers and get a good amount of money. Either reduce the value of lawyers to sub-TM levels, or make it so you get one lawyer per week which you are forced to accept?

At this moment in time, I don't intend to take part but we will see.

I am happy on whatever we decide on. I do have a suggestion which I'm not sure what everyone thinks but perhaps we could have like a system where we could only sign players outside of the league on certain weeks? I'm happy with how it is already I just thought I might suggest something and I'm not sure what sort of difference it would make.

i suggest that above, recriting them managers but they prefer realistics & most here prefer the fantasy style. We wont be able to make it work.

Agree with Trebs, nobody wants to sell a player in-house. I was a big culprit for it.

I had suggested the too Milky. a TP window. I did have a blueprint for it eg Week 1-3 Open Week 4-6 Closed so on.

No offence CF, but the reason you weren't wanted before was because you weren't doing tactics to standards required, in terms of effort and length. And voting. You were sacked last time on the "three strikes" rule. You'd need to show a different, better level of committment.

Oh, and I like how Zebs and Trebs have both said they don't want a team, but they both want an input. Both or neither please.

Forgot to say, I'll be on pretty much everyday, Ill be active as this looks fun enough and I'll be on all the time on the weekends. Maybe not Sunday that much though.

It might do Bull but the chances are that it won't and we are trying to find out who will be signing up again and seeing if anyone else is interested as a few people are stopping at the end of the season.

The idea's are part of us discussing changes, we don't know if we will change anything yet or not.

I'm not fussed what sort of league it is or when it takes place as long as I know what is going on (will check regularly) and as long as it gets up and running.

The Euro Division is continuing, we're just not sure in what regard.

False. Completely. I can't provide any evidence to prove that I'm not Azzy nor can you provide any evidence that I am Azzy. But, I do not understand the concept why you can't accept me as just a new member to the board? That is all I am. I'm sure if Azzy was back, he would have PM'd/messaged on a board who he was. Likewise with myself. I would say if I was Azzy/LRF that I've heard since I joined.

Sorry for getting all defensive just need to prove my point.

12-16 would allow for a two tier league

We don't care if you join CF as long as you do your tactics properly not the half assed crap that you used to do the xi & 3 lines. If can't commit to doing full tactics do not bother.
