Re: Wales team vs Ireland
Adam Jones seem to only have 50 minutes in him and with the scrum laws change i fear hes not player he once was . will he keep his place until the world cup when he retires . i expect

If Adam has only 50mins then Wales are in real trouble as Rhodri Jones is very poor at tighthead (was a very promising loosehead though). Cant understand why Samson is not on the bench, Healy will munch Rhodri.

Re: Wales team vs Ireland
Irelands record when Barnes has reffed the game is awful.
8 played 2 wins 6 losses.
Barnes has carded and penalised Ireland more than any other ref and has twice given Wales a penalty chance in the last minute of the game v Ireland.
Not particularly happy he is the whistle today. Anyone but Barnes.
The only wins for Ireland was a very tight match v Georgia in the WC and the grand slam win v Wales in 09. Ireland were penalised almost double Wales that day.

I know Guns. I know. But maybe not this time. The team would be beaten before the game started if they thought like that.

Thinly disguised plea for 'Happy Birthday' wishes! Rumbled.
Ok, I'm going to start a new match thread. Go forth!

Didn't take that long for them to mention BOD's dropping by Gatland.
I wish they would just get over it.

Re: Wales team vs Ireland
Well as i suspected the thread full of wums and idiots blaming Barnes and Priestland.
First off Well done Ireland you stuffed us fair and square in every aspect and apart from Coombs, Warburton and Faletau (has he ever had a bad game) the rest were poor.
So here's my take:
Barnes didn't take players out in the air, nor did he constantly go in from the side nor did he miss tackles that led to penalties and neither did Priestland.
Our discipline was shocking and as much as I am one of Lydiates biggest fans he was main culprit for penalties.
Jenkins shouldn't have started, Hibbard had most probably his worst game, A Jones is struggling, and Gatland should have used bench earlier, so onto French game:
James (should have started anyway,Jenkins off bench)
Hibbard
A Jones ( with a flee in his ear)
AWJ
Charteris (if fit and I know harsh on Commbs)
Lydiate (again with flee in his ear about his discipline)
Faletau
Warburton
Phillips (no real other option)
Priestland
North
Roberts
JD (have really missed him)
Cuthbert
Halfpenny
Again well done Ireland you had our card marked and played a blinder.
