Wales vs South Africa in June
I am looking for confirmation of the Welsh tour to south Africa in June.
I can't get any confirmation that is the same, SA rugby says 1 test on the 14th, Supersport says two tests and I though it was three tests 7th, 14th, 21st
Does anyone know?

Wiki knows! Wiki always knows. People just got no faith in truth these days.
Anyway, Wiki says two tests (so far) - 14th, 21st.

Aren't they back though? Ireland played New Zealand three times. England do it this year. You guys have South Africa this year (I'm assuming another date will be added if not already penned in)

I've heard that Irelands summer tour will be two tests? That seems to be whats happening;

Ireland playing Argentina on June 7th and June 14th on the IRFUs fixture list.

Maybe the welsh simply didn't want the embarassment of being smashed 0-3.

Seeing Scotland get smashed in one of the worst performances in living memory I have to wonder if Boland would have put them to the sword after the took the scalp of the Stormers on the weekend?
For reference Boland came 11th in last years national championship (Currie Cup).

That's not true. If you cant win one at home you have a better chance if you play more than one match. Shouldn't really matter where it is.

Other than the fact that every team in world rugby has a far superior home record compared to their away record. They may have a chance, in reality they could play that match 50 times and they still would struggle to get over the line.

Amazibgly of the 25 tests between SA and Wales only 8 has been played in SA, the closest Wales came was 11 points

Re: Wales vs South Africa in June
I'm dreading this tour to be honest, the Rabo just isn't going to prepare the players physically when facing the Boks over a short period of times. The amount of in-juries we are going to pick up is going to tell on it's own. I think we should have a 2 pre match games against teams like Samoa and Georgia before we meet the Goliath pack. It happened last Autumn and look at all those injuries in one game.
We need to build up to this or we will loose all 3 matches again. We really on our physicality in our pack in the six nations and it has worked (Ireland aside) but the Boks are a complete now level and will just dominate. We might have to take a squad of 60 just to get through it.

2nd isn't all that good. It's over-rated really, the number 2.
