Re: Worcester Warriors
Really want Morne Steyn mate. Are you sure there is no deal we can do?

Re: Worcester Warriors
Looking at the relative abilities of Morne and the Frenchman the only Englishmen I could throw in would be squad a squad makeweight so one (or maybe 2) of Chuter, Swinson, Chudley or Bell.

Re: Worcester Warriors
The cash isn't that helpful to me at the moment mate, perhaps there's a player swap deal we can do for them.
Jauzion, Jennings, Trinh-Duc, Simmons and Hoani Tui for Morne, Hamilton and Beast?

None of those players fit how I want to play. You sure there is no deal we can do for the players that I am after?

Re: Worcester Warriors
Saw your qn about where you need to improve, personally think you've got a very, very good pack - one of the best in wet conditions. I'd look for another really good spark in the backline, whether that be another great centre to partner Bosch or backthree player so then you can get pack dominance and finish that off in the backs.

Re: Worcester Warriors
No interest in Steyn I'm afriad prop. Decent at what he does but not what i am looking for. I'd need either Hamilton or McCabe involved for Lambie.

Re: Worcester Warriors
I won't deal on him without letting you try to beat it mate. I would need a bit added to Hamilton for Lambie though.

Re: Worcester Warriors
I'm looking at it and for Lambie I do really need to cover the inside centre position.
Pat Lambie, Andrew Trimble, Craig Mitchell and Dean Schofield
for
Hamilton and McCabe
You get 2 starters (Lambie and Trimble) as well as an EQ option and a decent tighthead which is something you said you were after the other day. Lambie is also academy aged for another season which is an added bonus for you.

Re: Worcester Warriors
We're clearly not too far away here, so I'm keen to get this done, but I can't sell Casson right now as I only just got him and want to see how he goes. How about I add him to the deal I proposed as on loan until the end of the season, and I give you first option on him if I decide to sell him at the end of the season?

Re: Worcester Warriors
Actually that might leave you heavy on squad numbers so how about
Pat Lambie, Craig Mitchell and Dean Schofield and Tom Casson (on loan for the season)
for
Hamilton and McCabe

Re: Worcester Warriors
So, are we saying...
Pat Lambie, Andrew Trimble, Craig Mitchell and Dean Schofield + Tom Casson on loan for the season
for
Hamilton, McCabe and Morgan?

Can't do the cash for permanent on Casson mate. If you're happy with the deal as is above, then stick it on confirms mate.

The only way I can Casson on a permanent is this...
Pat Lambie, Craig Mitchell, Dean Schofield, Tom Casson
for
Hamilton, McCabe and Balmain

Re: Worcester Warriors
Not really keen on Morgan mate, was only taking him to sweeten you up and I'd have thought that doing Casson on a permanent would sweeten you up enough. Can we stick with the above mate?

I think it's a deal that benefits us both mate, even if I lose out a little on the EQ players.
