Final decision on lawyers:
If you fail to accept one then the highest will be sold automatically. You will only receive 50% of this value while your board take the other half and put it in their Swiss bank accounts

Re: N.E.D. Social Area
What if you refuse lawyers one week you must accept one the following week, we are trying to build squads and being forced to sell someone we don't necessarily want to sell..nay be 3 first teamers we have paid alot for..and with the tm values only at 5.5m how we supposed to replace them?
so say i refuse all 3 this week, i must sell next week, sort best of both i suppose or we have a for sale page where we put players down and get offers fir them, not them all but at least one

Re: N.E.D. Social Area
If you refuse to sell then the largest valued one will be automatically accepted and you will get half of the lawyers value
Its not an attack on you Fan, its the same for everyone. I could get Balde/Cabaye/Ansaldi and have to accept one. It promotes trading in the league as well

Re: N.E.D. Social Area
Why should we have to chop and change all the time? If i wanted cabaye for example i would have bid for him in the first place

Re: N.E.D. Social Area
Because it makes the league more interesting. The lack of domestics has always hurt these leagues because people dont want to sell their players. This forces you to
Re: N.E.D. Social Area
Which is why i don't like it, get a for sale page up and we put players on there, you can take one from there so we can sell players we don't really need

Re: N.E.D. Social Area
And when everyone has sold all the players they don't need? Oh look the league stagnates and the only movement is from the occasional TP signing
This keeps players moving
This keeps players moving
Re: N.E.D. Social Area
I agree with gregers, lawyers should be forced and it helps keeps the league interesting. However, i thought they were TM value -25 which would have been better.

I would just sell Will Hughes and bank the money, he's not going to be in a major league until August anyway.

The -25% is for players we choose to be lawyers.

Nothing to do with you
The league is as it is, we're all going along with it as it is, we had this "too much money" thing the other week.

Re: N.E.D. Social Area
Feedback
Spartak Moscow v The RotterDamned
Both teams start really well with Iturbe giving Spartak Moscow the lead by running at the full backs and cutting inside for the shot on goal. The Rotterdamned get a goal back in the second half when Kaka manages to get in behind and score an equaliser.
Spartak Moscow feedback: I like the set up of the team with the idea of Jese Rodriguez in the attacking midfield position. Another good thing i feel will be to perhaps try Jese Rodriguez in a more central attacking midfield role or even as a Centre Forward just behind Drogba.
The Rotterdamned feedback: Good start for The Rotterdamned and Bianconeri. I like the formation and the support that Quintero and Kaka will provide Mandzukic with. I feel that these 2 players work well as a pair behind Mandzukic.
For me the match is won on the flanks with Jese/Iturbe causing Rotterdamned no end of troubles against a FB pairing given the instructions to go forward at every opportunity, personally I'd have liked to have seen Boetius get on the pitch and whilst Rotterdamned went and splashed out on a striker I think it was a position they were already strong on in Pelle who's been immense this season.
Spartak had a bit too much out wide for the damned today, getting too many 2on1 situations out wide which lead to the goal, the damned did gewt some joy with their high pressing, winning the midfield battle, but couldnt convert that into a goal.
Spartak got a lot fo joy down the flanks especially down the left with Kombarov and Jese, Jes scored a great solo effort and Belhanda from a knockdown from Drogba, felt the away side relied too much on the fullbacks and they struggled. Quintero with a late consolation fro the away side
A tight game with Rotterdmaned sneaking a goal in the last 10 minutes
Santos Little Helper v Lazio Its Magic
Both teams start well but Robinho starts to make his mark on the game by drawing players out as instructed and getting in behind to finish nicely to give Santos Little Helper the winning goal. Lazio manage to get chances near the end of the game mainly created by Cabaye but nothing ends up going in and it ends as a close game with good performances from both teams.
Santos Little Helper Feedback: I feel that Robinho will excel in the position he was in today with those sort of instructions, i feel that this will allow him to have many chances and to cause the opposition problems.
Lazio It's Magic Feedback: I like the role that Cabaye was given today with the combination of the number 10 role and a deep lying playmaker. Good instructions given to a great player allowing him to do what he is good at.
This game is won by Lazio through their strength in the centre of the pitch, whilst Hernanes in possession is a great mover of the ball, he's not a battler and the instruction to assist Fernando as a DM doesn't cut it, the lad isn't a tackler and is much more suited to a more forward role. If I was the Santos manager I'd have instead purchased Coutinho.
Lazio had the slight edge overall today, but toni was sloppy in front of goal and couldnt put a chance away, hernanes and fernando both kept cabaye realatively quiet and whilst the lazio fullbacks kept the santos wingers relatively quiet, they let a few crosses go in but the cbs did just about enough
A stubborn defensive display from Lazio kept Santos out until late when Daimao got his first goal of the season, both teams set up well but Santos extra quality got them through this.
Another tight game with very few chances ball kept in the middle of the park, until Santos score in stoppage time
Fernabache v Lille Dwayne
Both teams are involved in a hugely entertaining match today with plenty of chances but there were no goals to show for it. Sow had some close chances for Fernabache whilst Cabella managed to get quite a few chances on goal in the match for Lille Dwayne.
Fernabache Feedback: A good lineup with a good set of instructions. I like the instruction given to Sow to make runs by using his pace to get in behind the defence to get on the end of passes.
Lille Dwayne Feedback: A good lineup and an effective set of instructions. I liked the instructions given to Cabella and Martin to face goal and be the main attacking outlet. I like the instruction of the support of the full backs in attack to provide the overlapping option.
Feel that the home side just edge this going forward over the Lille team but both teams for me need to strengthen to be in the mix come the end of the season as I'm currently not feeling it for either side. Also one side had 4 subs, the other doesn't name them?
packing the centre won lille the game today, having the 2 ams drifting centrally occupied the fener midfield which let alonso have the freedom of the pitch and he punished them, fener got a bit of joy down the right but could do with gettinmg in a better left back
Both defenses were sound and kept the attacks to a minimum, midfields cancelled each other out in a game of very few clear cut chances
Fernerbache are too good for Lille here, they have plenty of attacking talent, which results in a comfortable victory for them.

Re: N.E.D. Social Area
Tactics in for today or do we have an extension till tomorrow? Do we also get an extension on tp so players bought today can play in gameweek 2?
Re: N.E.D. Social Area
Lyon v Ajax
Match: A close game with two sides playing identical systems, Ajax probably have more of the ball but Lyon's defence keeps them quiet.
Lyon feedback: Solid defence and midfield, hard to break down but I think you need a bit more of a cutting edge going forward.
Ajax feedback: Like the AM trio, could do with better fullbacks IMO but a very good side to begin the season with.
Not much to seperate both sides, same formation and not much between the players. Both teams counter each other out for most part of the game. Ajax are slightly more the attacking team but Lyon are strong enough to cope with them.
Lyon Good Point: Solid good all round side here who are very strong but also have the threat to get goals.
Lyon Bad Point: Not too sure on Siquiera, I would look to improve on him.
Ajax Good Point: Very exciting wingers who will cause problems for most teams and good back up to them
Ajax Bad Point: Like Lyon I would look to replace right back to improve further
GP: Front 4/Front 4
BP: Not a Destro fan/Need better then Fofana & Kelvin
Both talented sides, but I do feel they'd end up cancelling each other out. Both managers seem a tad cautious with each naming CMs to cover the defense and such it ends in a cagey draw imo
QPR v Zwag
Match: A decent game, QPR playing Pirlo further forward negates his influence as Matuidi is right on top of him, Zwag have enough going forward to make the most of it and nick the win.
QPR feedback: Solid looking defence and midfield, a few issues though, right back needs improving and playing the best deep lying playmaker in the league at AM is a big no-no. Pirlo next to Brown or Birsa with a new AM would be much better.
Zwag feedback: Quality throughout the side although Gignac hasn't been in form for about 3 seasons now, needs upgrading IMO. Would also replace Maicon but that's just me.
The pace of the front three of Zwag who got beyond Gignac caused problems for the QPR defenders who couldn't match them. Pirlo playing higher up didn't suit him as the pace of the game is quicker and played right into Matuidids hands.
Zwag Good Point This is a very good side and potentially champions from what I've seen so far.
Zwag Bad Point Like many teams seems like FB has been least improved position and same for Zwag
QPR Good Point Bastos and Isla can be the players who can be the main attacking players in this side
QPR Bad Point I'm sure this will be the same feedback from everyone do not play Pirlo as AM
GP: Decent midfield,AM 3
BP: Need to sort out defence/Need a better forward
Not sure Pirlo at AM was really a wise call, hes nullified in that role, I'd have played 3 CMs or 2 strikers. QPR do get some joy down the flanks in this game, but I feel Zwags potent attack would end being too much for them to handle as they edge it.
Torino v Parma
Match: A good game between two equal looking sides, meant in a good way as against others you'd probably both win today. A score draw between two good attacking sides.
Torino feedback: I like the wingers and striker combo, feel Wijnaldum needs to be upgraded same with Kurzawa and Kaya. Rest of the side very solid.
Parma feedback: I like Jedvaj but he looks out of his depth alongside Zouma, Sturridge was hard to control. Plenty of chances created but Abel needs upgrading.
The best match of the game week, both teams showing the talent they have, Fan has gone with younger players but have experience. Both teams had periods in the game where they were on the front foot and took the chances.
Clint Good Point The hottest striker in the league build the side around him
Clint Bad Point Bench does not look as strong other sides
Parma Good Point Carvalho and Toulalan give a fantastic base for the team to attack and defend
Parma Bad Point Zouma needs a experienced player to play alongside him as that is what cost them playing Jedvaj
GP: Midfield very good/DM Pairing & Wingers
BP: Needs more Rodrigo & a LB/ Personally id have used Niang over Hernandez, some may consider defence not great tbh
Really like the balance of both sides, Torino perhaps edging it going forward, while Parma have the stronger midfield. Can't pick a winner here

Lyon feedback: Solid defence and midfield, hard to break down but I think you need a bit more of a cutting edge going forward.

Just looked. Is my result right?
5 goals divided by 5 votes is 1, not 0.8

I'd already PMd Miky to say it'd be a draw with both sides cancelling each other out with similar styles and central holding players so pretty much had it nailed on.

Whilst I understand the point re Leerdam at RB as he is for a few an unknown name he's actually been immense this season and features in every team of the year so far for the Eredivisie, a number of Premier League clubs have been checking him out too.
